[Prior art] As shown in Fig. 2, the tail mechanism of the cab is as follows.
By arranging a torsion bar a in the vehicle width direction, fixing one end of the torsion bar a to the vehicle body frame b, and coupling a lever c to the other end, the lever c is engaged with the lower surface of the cab d, etc. Using the torsional elasticity of torsion bar a, the body frame b
It is designed to tilt the cab d against. (Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-50878, etc.). Especially lever c
As shown in Fig. 3, the support structure for the other end of the torsion bar a to which the torsion bar a is connected is formed by penetrating the bracket e fixed to one end of the vehicle body frame b in the vehicle width direction. The other end g of the torsion bar a is inserted through the through hole f, and is supported while allowing rotation due to torsion. In particular, a resin bushing j having an inner circumferential surface i that surrounds the outer circumferential surface h of the torsion bar a from the outside in the radial direction and rotatably supports the outer circumferential surface h of the torsion bar a is attached to the through hole f.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Conventionally, the bush j supporting the torsion bar a is subject to the up and down vibrations of the cab d while the vehicle is running, and the slight vibrations of the torsion bar a that are repeated due to this up and down vibration. Due to rotation,
There was a problem that it wore out considerably in a short period of time. This type of wear on the bushings is the fourth problem.
As shown in the figure, play is generated in the support of torsion bar a to lower its axial center position (Inclination) was to be made larger than α (α < θ), and the set force of the torsion spring was made small, making it difficult to tilt the cab.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention, which was created in view of the above problems, has a torsion bar inserted through and supported by a bracket attached to the vehicle body frame via a bushing, and one end of the torsion bar is connected to the vehicle body frame. In a torsion bar for cab tailing, which is fixed to a lever and has a lever at the other end, and tilts a cab engaged with the lever by a torsional reaction force generated on the lever,
A greasing passage for supplying grease is provided through the bracket and bushing to communicate the outside with the inner surface of the bushing, and a spiral greasing groove is provided on the inner surface of the bushing or the outer surface of the torsion bar between these bushings and the torsion bar. A dust seal is provided on the bracket to cover the bush.

Here, the greasing groove is formed in a spiral shape, and as the torsion bar rotates in the forward and reverse directions that occur when the cab tilts, or as the torsion bar slightly rotates due to the vertical vibration of the cab while the vehicle is running, the grease in the greasing groove is removed. will be spirally moved in the axial direction. Therefore, the grease in the greasing groove is automatically evenly distributed to the lubricated portion between the bush and the torsion bar.

As shown in FIG. 1, a bracket 3 having a through hole 2 formed along the vehicle width direction is fixed to one end of the vehicle body frame 1 in the vehicle width direction. On the other hand, the torsion bar 4 is arranged along the vehicle width direction, and its one end (not shown) is fixed to the vehicle body frame side with rotation restriction, and the other end 5 is fixed to the bracket 3.
is inserted into the through hole 2 of. This torsion bar 4
A lever 6, which is engaged with the lower surface of a cab (not shown), is connected to the other end 5 by a serration 7, so that it can be twisted and rotated according to the tail of the cab. The through hole 2 of the bracket 3 through which the other end 5 of the torsion bar 4 rotated in this manner is inserted is provided with a sleeve-shaped resin bush 10 that is surrounded and supported from the outside in the radial direction. . The bush 10 has an inner circumferential surface 9 that circumferentially surrounds the outer circumferential surface 8 of the torsion bar 4 and rotatably supports it. A greasing passage 11 is connected to the inner circumferential surface 9 of the bush 10, passing through the bracket 3 and supplying grease from the outside. Specifically, this greasing passage 11 is connected to a lower surface portion 12 of the bracket 3 exposed to the outside.
Consisting of a straight and single through hole formed vertically upward from the bush 10 to the bush 10,
It is connected to the inner circumferential surface 9 from the outside in the radial direction. The greasing passage 11 is located in the center of the inner circumferential surface 9 of the bush 10, which is in close contact with the outer circumferential surface 8 of the torsion bar 4 and cannot be reached from the outside.
0 and is connected to its inner circumferential surface 9 so that grease can be supplied deep inside. Further, on the lower surface 12 of the bracket 3, which is the entrance side of the greasing passage 11, there is a nipple 1 for connecting a greasing device.
3 is screwed on.

On the other hand, in particular, the outer circumferential surface 8 of the torsion bar 4 supported by the inner circumferential surface 9 of the bush 10 is coated with grease to improve the flow and circulation of the grease over the entire area where the outer circumferential surface 8 and the inner circumferential surface 9 are in close contact with each other. In order to improve lubricity, a screw-like greasing groove 14 is threaded along the axial direction of the torsion bar 4. In the illustrated example, the greasing groove 14 is formed on the outer circumferential surface 8 of the torsion bar 4, but the greasing groove is formed on the inner circumferential surface 9 of the bush 10 that supports the outer circumferential surface 8 of the torsion bar 4. Of course, it is good to do so.

Furthermore, the bracket 3 is provided with a dust seal 15 that surrounds and covers from the outside the inner circumferential surface 9 of the bushing 10 that supports the outer circumferential surface 8 of the torsion bar 4 to prevent dust from entering. As shown in the figure, the dust seal 15 is formed in a disc shape having a hole 16 through which the torsion bar 4 passes, and the dust seal 15 is sandwiched between the front and back surfaces of one side wall 17 of the bracket 3 on which the bush 10 is mounted from the axial direction thereof. A pair can be attached as shown. These dust seals 15 are attached to pass through one side wall 17 of the bracket 3 and cover the bushing 10 whose inner circumferential surface 9 is exposed to the outside, so that dust is removed from the outside between the inner circumferential surface 9 of the bushing 10 and the torsion bar 4. It functions to prevent the bushing from entering between the bushing and the outer circumferential surface 8 and accelerating wear of the bushing 10.

According to the above configuration, the inner circumferential surface 9 of the bush 10, which is worn due to the vertical vibration of the cab and the rotation of the torsion bar 4 caused by the lever 6 that swings repeatedly due to the vertical vibration, is coated as necessary. Grease can be easily supplied according to the requirements, and its wear can be suppressed.

By supplying grease to the inner surface of the bush from the outside through the greasing passage and accumulating the grease in the greasing groove between the bush and the torsion bar, it is possible to improve the lubricity of the bush and prevent premature wear of the bush.

Therefore, the clearance between the bush and the torsion bar is kept constant, and the set force of the torsion bar, that is, the torsional reaction force of the torsion bar, can be kept constant for a long period of time, thereby reducing wear on the inner peripheral surface of the bush. It is possible to suppress the deterioration in cab tail operability caused by this.

Since the greasing groove is formed in a spiral shape, the grease in the greasing groove spirals in the axial direction due to forward and reverse rotation of the torsion bar that occurs when the cab tilts, or minute rotations of the torsion bar due to vertical vibration of the cab while the vehicle is running. The lubricant is automatically and evenly spread over the lubricant between the bush and the torsion bar.
