Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は、ガラス、陶磁器、プラスチツク等か
らなる容器、パネル等の表面にホログラムシート
を接着する接着方法に関するものである。
〔発明の背景〕
近年、レーザ光線の進歩に伴なつて、平面上に
立体像を表現するホログラムシートが多数提供さ
れるようになつている。
このようなホログラムシートとしては、例えば
第１図に示すようなものがある。ホログラムシー
ト１は、塩化ビニール樹脂、アクリル樹脂、スチ
レン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂等の熱可塑性樹脂フ
イルム等のシート材に立体画像が形成されたホロ
グラム層２と、該ホログラム層２の表面に設けら
れたアルミ箔層３とからなり、さらに該ホログラ
ム層２の裏面に接着剤層４を設け、この接着剤層
４を覆う台紙５を剥がしてこのホログラムシート
１を例えばガラスコツプの外周面に貼着すること
ができるようにしている。
しかしながら、このようなホログラムシートの
接着方法では、接着剤層４の接着剤がホログラム
層２の裏面、特に周縁部において充分に塗布され
ていなかつたりすると、ホログラムシート１の周
縁部が部分的に剥離する欠点があつた。
また、接着剤の種類によつては被加工体との強
固な接着力が得られない場合があつた。
さらに、アルミ箔層３の表面が露出しているた
め、表面硬度、耐水性、耐薬品性等の耐久性が不
足するという欠点があつた。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明は、このような従来の問題点を解決する
ためになされたもので、ホログラムシートを充分
に強固な接着力で、しかも充分な耐久性を有して
被加工体に接着できる接着方法を提供することを
目的とするものである。
〔発明の概要〕
本発明によるホログラムシートの接着方法は、
ホログラムシートに設けられた接着層の接着剤に
てホログラムシートをガラス、陶磁器、プラスチ
ツク等の容器、パネル等に貼着した後、該ホログ
ラムシートの全表面に透明な紫外線硬化型樹を塗
布し、紫外線の照射にて硬化させることにより、
透明な表面保護層を形成し、ホログラムシート表
面の耐久性を向上させ、さらに該表面保護層の周
縁にその内外に亘り紫外線硬化型樹脂を塗布し、
紫外線の照射にて硬化させることにより縁取り層
を形成し、ホログラムシート周縁の剥離を抑える
ことができるようにしたものである。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下本発明を図面に基づいて説明する。
第１図は本発明に使用するホログラムシートの
断面図で、アルミ箔層３の裏面にホログラム層２
を設けるとともに、該アルミ箔層３の表面に後記
する表面保護層との接着性を良好とするためにア
ンカーコート層１ａを設けており、該ホログラム
層２の裏面には接着剤層４が設けられ、台紙５に
よつてその接着剤層４を覆つている。
第２図は第１図に示したホログラムシート１を
ガラス製コツプに本発明による方法にて接着した
状態を示す正面図、第３図はその断面図を示して
いる。
図中、９はガラス製コツプで、その外周面にホ
ログラムシート１がその接着剤層４の接着剤によ
り貼着されている。そしてこのホログラムシート
１の全表面にはその図柄が透視可能な透明な表面
保護層６が形成され、さらにこの表面保護層６の
周縁に沿つてその内外に亘り白色の縁取り層７を
形成し、この縁取り層７によつてホログラムシー
ト１をコツプの外周面に接着している。この縁取
り層７は、その外周縁が鋸歯状に形成され、ホロ
グラムシート１の図柄を切手模様のようにしてい
る。
第４図に示した実施例はコツプ９の外周面に形
成した窪み８にホログラムシート１を貼着し、そ
の表面に表面保護層６を形成した後、縁取り層７
を形成してホログラムシート１をコツプ９に接着
している。
次いでホログラムシートの接着工程について説
明する。
ホログラムシート１の全表面に、先ずシランカ
ツプリング剤を含有する透明な紫外線硬化型樹脂
を用いてスクリーン印刷し、その印刷面に紫外線
を照射して硬化乾燥し、透明な表面保護層６を形
成する。次いで、この表面保護層６の周縁をその
内外に亘り、シランカツプリング剤を含有する白
色の紫外線硬化型樹脂を用いて枠状にスクリーン
印刷し、その枠状の印刷面に紫外線を照射して硬
化乾燥し、白色の縁取り層７を形成している。そ
の際、縁取り層７の外周縁に形成される鋸歯形状
は、スクリーン印刷の段階で形成される。
なお、ホログラムシートの被貼着物としてガラ
ス製コツプを例にして説明しているが、プラスチ
ツク、陶磁器、木、金属等の材料を用いた容器、
パネル等であつてもよい。
また縁取り層７は白色の紫外線硬化樹脂を用い
て形成しているが、透明であつても他の色であつ
てもよくさらにその外周模様は鋸歯状でなくても
よい。
以上述べた如く本発明方法によりコツプ等に接
着されたホログラムシートは、耐久性および耐剥
離性が向上し、長期に亘りホログラムシートの美
観性を損うことなく接着できる。
〔実施例〕
ホログラムシートとして、厚さ2μmのホログラ
ム層の表面にアルミ箔層が形成されたレインボー
ホログラムを使用し、先ず該ホログラム層の表面
に熱硬化性樹脂からなるアンカーコート層を形成
し、ガラス製コツプの外周面にこのシートを貼着
した後、ホログラムシートの表面を250メツシユ
のスクリーンを用いてシランカツプリング剤を10
％含有する透明な紫外線硬化型樹脂（奥野製薬(株)
社製）でスクリーン印刷し、その印刷面に1kW
の水銀ランプ（アイグラフイツク製型式HO1L−
L21）を照射した。照射後、約１秒でこの透明な
紫外線硬化型樹脂が硬化して完全な乾燥状態とな
り表面保護層が形成された。
次いで、この表面保護層の周縁に沿つてその内
外に亘り、200メツシユのスクリーンを用いてシ
ランカツプリング剤を10％含有する白色の紫外線
硬化型樹脂（奥野製薬(株)社製）でスクリーン印刷
し、前記と同様に紫外線を照射して硬化させ、縁
取り層を形成した。
そしてこのホログラムシートの接着部に対し
て、セロテープ剥離テスト及び耐水テストを行つ
たが、ホログラムシート自体、保護層および縁取
り層が剥離したりする異常は認められなかつた。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ ガラス、陶磁器、プラスチツク等の被加工体
    表面にホログラムシートを貼着し、その全表面に
    透明な紫外線硬化型樹脂を印刷し、紫外線を照射
    し硬化乾燥して表面保護層を形成する第一工程
    と、次に前記表面保護層周縁の内外に亘り、紫外
    線硬化型樹脂を印刷し、紫外線を照射し硬化乾燥
    して縁取り層を形成する第二工程からなることを
    特徴とするホログラムシートの接着方法。
