    半導体製造装置であつて、 半導体封入用金型は、リードフレーム上の半導
    体素子を樹脂からなるパツケージで気密封止する
    ものであり、 ダムブロツクは、半導体封入用金型に、気密封
    止用パツケージとリードフレームのタイバー部と
    の間に位置して装備され、パツケージとの継目部
    に充填される樹脂量を局部的に規制することによ
    り、パツケージとの継目部に形成される樹脂バリ
    を可及的に極小にするものであることを特徴とす
    る半導体製造装置。
