Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 超音波振動子を備え、５フツ化プロパノールを
溶剤として用いる洗浄槽と、上記洗浄槽に隣設形
成され、上記洗浄槽の液位より低液位に設定され
たプール槽と、 上記プール槽に隣設形成され、上記プール槽の
液位より低液位に設定され、上記洗浄槽およびプ
ール槽を溢流したオーバフロー液を受ける油分離
槽と、 比重差により分離した油を上記油分離槽の槽外
に取出す油取出部と、 上記油分離槽下域に連通管を介して連通させた
蒸溜槽と、 上記蒸溜槽で蒸気化させた上記溶剤を凝縮液化
して、上記洗浄槽に還流させる還流手段と、 上記プール槽下部の溶剤を上記洗浄槽に循環さ
せる循環手段とを備えた 代替フロン洗浄装置。
