- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ フライ槽の底壁部に傾斜部を設けると共に、
この傾斜部の下端に連続して陥没部を形成してな
ることを特徴とする減圧フライ装置。 ２ 陥没部に循環ポンプとストレーナーとをそれ
ぞれ介装する油循環パイプの一端を連結すると共
に、油循環パイプの他端をフライ槽の所定箇所に
連結して、前記循環ポンプの作動によりフライ槽
内の油を油循環パイプの一端から該パイプ内に流
入させ、このパイプを通過する油中のカスを前記
ストレーナーで除去した後、パイプの他端からフ
ライ槽内に油を返送するようにした実用新案登録
