Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は冷媒を1,1,1,2
−テトラフルオロエタン(以下R134aという)とし
たときのこの冷媒との相溶性のある冷凍機油組成物に関
する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】冷蔵庫、自動販売機及びショーケース用
の圧縮機は従来冷媒としてジクロロジフルオロメタン(
以下R12という)を多く使用していた。このR12は
オゾン層の破壊の問題からフロン規制の対象となってい
る。そして、このR12の代替冷媒としてR134aが
冷凍機用として検討されている。(例えば、特開平1−
271491号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、冷媒R
134aは現在使われている鉱物油やアルキルベンゼン
油等の冷凍機油との相溶性が悪く、圧縮機への油の戻り
の悪化や寝込み起動時の分離冷媒の吸い上げなどから圧
縮機の潤滑不良に至る問題があった。
【0004】このため、本発明者らは冷媒R134aと
相溶性のある冷凍機油としてポリオールエステル系油を
検討した。しかし、このポリオールエステル系油は回転
型圧縮機に使用する場合に、熱により加水分解して生成
する脂肪酸で摺動部材に腐食を起こさせ、摩耗を生じさ
せていた。また、この摩耗粉により圧縮機の電動要素の
マグネットワイヤなどの有機系材料に悪影響を及ぼすな
ど、圧縮機の耐久性を損なう問題があった。
【0005】そして、本発明者らは冷媒としてR134
aと冷凍機油としてポリオールエステル系油とを組合わ
せて回転型圧縮機に使用すべく研究を重ねた結果、回転
型圧縮機の摺動部材の摩擦熱によってこの摺動部材を潤
滑するポリオールエステル系油が加水分解し、この脂肪
酸で摺動部材が腐食するのを、ポリオールエステル系油
に添加剤を加えることで前記摺動部材で発生する摩擦熱
によるポリオールエステル系油の熱分解が抑えられるこ
とを見出し、この発明を完成するに至った。
【0006】この発明は上記の問題を解決するもので、
冷媒R134aとの相溶性のあるポリオールエステル系
油を冷凍機油として使用したときの摺動部材の摩擦熱に
よる熱分解を抑えることを目的としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この発明は冷媒R134
aとの相溶性のある冷凍機油組成物を、多価アルコール
と脂肪酸とからなるポリオールエステル系油を基油とし
、この基油に対してフェノール系酸化防止剤を0.01
〜0.30重量%、融点が−15℃以下で、沸点が10
0℃以上のアミン系化合物を0.01〜0.30重量%
及びリン酸トリエステルを0.10〜1.0重量%の添
加剤を含有させたものである。

【作用】この発明は上記のように構成したことにより、
冷媒R134aとの相溶性のあるポリオールエステル系
油の熱分解を添加剤で抑え、前記ポリオールエステル系
油が熱分解されにくくしたものである。

【実施例】以下この発明を図に示す実施例に基いて説明
する。
【0010】図1は回転型圧縮機の縦断面図である。図
2は図1の回転型圧縮機をA−A線に沿って切断した断
面図である。図1及び図2において、1は密閉容器で、
この容器内には上側に電動要素2が、下側にこの電動要
素によって駆動される回転圧縮要素3が夫々収納されて
いる。電動要素2は有機系材料で絶縁された巻線4を有
する固定子5とこの固定子の内側に設けられた回転子6
とで構成されている。回転圧縮要素3はシリンダ7と、
回転軸8の偏心部9によってシリンダ7の内壁に沿って
回転させるローラ10と、このローラの周面に圧接され
てシリンダ7内を吸込側と吐出側とに区画するようにバ
ネ11で押圧されるベーン12と、シリンダ7の開口を
封じるとともに、回転軸8を軸支する上部軸受13及び
下部軸受14とで構成されている。
【0011】そして、上部軸受13にはシリンダ7の吐
出側と連通する吐出孔15が設けられている。また、上
部軸受13には吐出孔15を開閉する吐出弁16と、こ
の吐出弁を覆うように吐出マフラ17とが取付けられて
いる。
【0012】ローラ10とベーン12とは鉄系材料で形
成されている。
【0013】密閉容器1内の底部には多価アルコールと
脂肪酸とからなるポリオールエステル系油のオイル18
が貯溜されている。またこのオイルにはフェノール系酸
化防止剤を0.01〜0.30重量%、融点が−15℃
以下で、沸点が100℃以上のアミン系化合物を0.0
1〜0.30重量%及びリン酸トリエステルを0.10
〜1.0重量%の添加剤が含有されている。
【0014】フェノール系酸化防止剤は2.6−ジ−3
−ブチル−p−クレゾール,2.6−ジ−3−ブチルフ
ェノール,2,4,6−トリ−3−ブチルフェノール,
4,4’−ビス−3,5−ジ−ブチルフェノール,ビス
−4−オキシ−2,6−ジ−3−ブチルフェノール等か
らなる郡より選ばれる。
【0015】アミン系化合物はアミルアミン,ヘキシル
アミン,ヘプチルアミン,ジプロピルアミン,トリプロ
ピルアミン,トリノニルアミン,ジベンジルアミン等か
らなる郡より選ばれる。
【0016】リン酸トリエステルはトリフェニルフォス
フェイト,トリクレジルフォスフェイト,トリ−3−ブ
チルフェニルフォスフェイト,トリプロピルフォスフェ
イト,トリブチルフォスフェイト,トリベンジルフォス
フェイト,トリヘキシルフォスフェイト,トリオクチル
フォスフェイト,トリデシルフォスフェイト等からなる
郡より選ばれる。また、これらのリン酸トリエステルは
1種類もしくは2種類以上の混合物でも良い。
【0017】そして、オイル18は回転圧縮要素3の摺
動部材であるローラ10とベーン12との摺動面を潤滑
している。
【0018】回転圧縮要素3のシリンダ7内に流入して
ローラ10とベーン12との協働で圧縮される冷媒はポ
リオールエステル系油のオイル18との相溶性のあるR
134aで形成されている。
【0019】19は密閉容器1に取付けてシリンダ7の
吸込側に冷媒を案内する吸込管、20は密閉容器1の上
壁に取付けられて回転圧縮要素3で圧縮されて電動要素
2を介して密閉容器1外に冷媒を吐出する吐出管である
【0020】このように構成された回転型圧縮機に使用
されて冷凍機油組成物において、吸込管19からシリン
ダ7内の吸込側に流入した冷媒R134aはローラ10
とベーン12との協働で圧縮され、吐出孔15を通って
吐出弁16を開放して吐出マフラ17内に吐出される。 この吐出マフラ内の冷媒は電動要素2を介して吐出管2
0から密閉容器1外に吐出される。そして、オイル18
は回転圧縮要素3のローラ10やベーン12等の摺動部
材の摺動面に供給されて潤滑を行っている。また、シリ
ンダ7内で圧縮された冷媒が低圧側にリークしないよう
にしている。
【0021】実施例1及び比較例1 ここで、図3に示す方法のアムスラー型摩耗試験機でそ
の性能評価を行い、その結果を表1に示す。

【0023】21はベーンに相当する固定片で、この固
定片の先端は半径4.7mmの曲面で形成され、100
Kgの荷重Lを受けている。22はローラに相当する回
転片で、この回転片は直径45mmで固定片21との圧
接部にポリオールエステル系油の基油に対して2,6−
ジ−3−ブチル−p−クレゾールを0.05重量%、ヘ
プチルアミンを0.1重量%、トリクレジルフォスフェ
イトを0.3重量%含有させたオイル23を毎分80c
cづつ供給しながら毎分400回転の速さで20時間回
転させている。
【0024】この結果、表1から固定片21と回転片2
2との摺動面に添加剤を添加したポリオールエステル系
油で潤滑したときに耐摩耗性で優れていることがわかる
が、その理由は回転片22と固定片21との摺動面での
摺動摩擦熱によるポリオールエステル系油の熱分解を添
加剤で抑え、脂肪酸による腐食を防止するからと考えら
れる。

【発明の効果】以上のようにこの発明によれば、冷媒R
134aとの相溶性のある冷凍機油組成物を、多価アル
コールと脂肪酸とからなるポリオールエステル系油を基
油とし、この基油に対してフェノール系酸化防止剤を0
.01〜0.30重量%、融点が−15℃以下で、沸点
が100℃以上のアミン系化合物を0.01〜0.30
重量%及びリン酸トリエステルを0.10〜1.0重量
%の添加剤を含有させたのであるから、ポリオールエス
テル系油の熱分解を抑制することができ、このポリオー
ルエステル系油の劣化による圧縮機の摺動部材の摩耗を
防止できる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】  冷媒1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロ
    エタンとの相溶性のある冷凍機油組成物であって、前記
    冷凍機油組成物は多価アルコールと脂肪酸とからなるポ
    リオールエステル系油を基油とし、この基油に対してフ
    ェノール系酸化防止剤を0.01〜0.30重量%、融
    点が−15℃以下で、沸点が100℃以上のアミン系化
    合物を0.01〜0.30重量%及びリン酸トリエステ
    ルを0.10〜1.0重量%の添加剤を含有させたこと
    を特徴とする冷凍機油組成物。
