溶接ステーシヨン2においてセツト治具6上のサ
イドパネルWをこれに仮付け溶接を施した状態で
該ステーシヨン2に備える保持具7に受渡して、
サイドパネルWの増打溶接を行うと共に、シーリ
ングステーシヨン3において払出し治具11上の
サイドパネルWをシーリング治具15に受渡し
て、サイドパネルWにシーリング剤を塗布し、一
方受渡し後セツト台車5をセツトステーシヨン1
と、払出し台車10を溶接ステーシヨン2とに復
動させて、セツト治具6に次のサイドパネルWを
セツトし、以上の作動の繰返しでサイドパネルW
の溶接作業とシーリング作業とを連続的に行う。

交換作業を行い易く有利である。

ーシヨンの横巾を短縮でき、且つ溶接作業中にセ
ツト台車をセツトステーシヨンに復動させて次の
サイドパネルのセツト作業を行うことが可能とな
り、セツト作業によるタイムロスが短縮される。
更に、溶接ステーシヨンからその前方のシーリン
グステーシヨンに払出し台車上の払出し治具によ
り溶接済みのサイドパネルを搬送して、これをシ
ーリング治具に受渡すもので、シーリング作業中
に払出し台車を溶接ステーシヨンに復動させて、
次のサイドパネルの搬送に備えることができ、作
業能率が向上され、而も該払出し台車の軌道のオ
フセツト配置により、セツト台車用の軌道の延長
部分をシーリング治具又は塗布ロボツトの配置ス
ペースとして有効に活用でき、加工ライン全体の
横巾を可及的に短縮できる効果を有する。

加工ラインにおいて、サイドパネルを起立姿勢で
横方向一側からセツト自在なセツト治具を搭載し
たセツト台車を該セツトステーシヨンと該溶接ス
テーシヨンとの間に往復動自在に設け、該溶接ス
テーシヨンに該セツト台車の軌道の横方向一側に
位置させてサイドパネルの保持具と溶接ロボツト
とを配置し、該溶接ステーシヨンにおいて該セツ
ト治具上のサイドパネルを起立姿勢のまま該保持
具に受渡し自在とすると共に、該セツト台車の軌
道に対し横方向一側にオフセツトした軌道に沿つ
て該溶接ステーシヨンと該シーリングステーシヨ
ンとの間に往復動される払出し台車を設け、該払
出し台車に該容接ロボツトで溶接されたサイドパ
ネルを該保持具から起立姿勢のまま受取る払出し
治具を搭載し、該シーリングステーシヨンに該払
出し台車の軌道を挾んでその横方向両側にシーリ
ング剤の塗布ロボツトとサイドパネルを保持する
シーリング治具とを対設し、該シーリングステー
シヨンにおいて該払出し治具上のサイドパネルを
起立姿勢のまま該シーリング治具に受渡し自在と
したことを特徴とする自動車用サイドパネルの加
工ライン。
