セレクト位置と、の間において少くとも移動可能
なシフトピースを備える車両用変速機のシフト機
構において、 前記中立位置と第一セレクト位置との間に介在
し、前記シフトピースを中立位置方向に第一の弾
性力で付勢する第一弾性部材と、 前記第一及び第二セレクト位置間に介在し、前
記シフトピースを第一セレクト位置方向に第一の
弾性力よりも大きな第二の弾性力で付勢する第二
の弾性部材と、 を備えたことを特徴とする車両用変速機のシフト
