発生輻射熱で加熱体4の上部の被調理部の被料理

物1はガスの燃焼熱を受けて輻射熱を発生するも
のであれば上記筒状状のもののほか、平板状のも
のであつてもよい。Aは箱状器体Bの上面開口6
の近くに設けた被調理部の焼網7上に載せて焼き
料理する魚、肉、野菜等の被料理物である。ま
た、2は上記複数の筒状加熱体4における燃焼室
3内の燃焼廃ガスを被料理物Aに接触させないで
器外へ導くための排気通路で、複数の筒状加熱体
4における燃焼室3と連通する集合管9と該集合
管9に接続させる排気管10とからなつており、
排気管10の先端トツプ部11を室外壁Cを貫通
して室外に開口せしめている。この排気通路2は
燃焼廃ガスが直接被料理物Aに接触しないよう完
全に隔絶して該燃焼廃ガスを器外へ導くためのも
のであるからガスの燃焼熱を受けて輻射熱を発生
する輻射物1の構造によつて適宜構造とするもの
である。12はガスバーナ5の燃焼用の空気を導
入するための吸気管で、その先端吸気口13を室
外壁Cを貫通して室外に開口せしめ、その基端を
箱状器体Bの内周面に配設した吸気導管14に接
続し、該吸気導管14と上記複数の筒状加熱体4
における燃焼室3を連通管15を介して接続しガ
スバーナ5の燃焼用の空気を室外の吸気口13か
ら取入れて吸気管12→吸気導管14→連通管1
5の系路を経て各々の燃焼室3に分配導入しガス
バーナ5の燃焼に供する自然吸気方式となしてい
る。なお、上記排気管10と吸気管12は内外に
同一軸心を保つて配管し、かつ、その吸排気を室
外で行う構造としているが、排気管10と吸気管
12を別々に配管し、かつ、その吸排気をとに室
内で行うか、あるいはいずれか一方を室外に連通
するかいずれの構造としてもよい。Vはガス弁
で、調整つまみ16によりその開閉を行うことに
よりガス導管17を介して各々のガスバーナ5に
ガスが供給されるようになつている。18はガス

火等で焼いたと同一の焼き効が得られるものであ
