Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は例えば自動車等の車輌に設置される座
席におけるアームレストの取付機構に関するもの
である。
〔従来の技術〕
従来例を第４図に示す。図において、１１Ａは
座席背もたれ部のフレームであり、アームレスト
２を取付けるためのブラケツト３は該フレーム１
１Ａに直接取付けられている。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
従来はこのように座席の背もたれ部内部に収納
されるフレーム１１Ａにアームレスト２取付け用
のブラケツト３を取付けていたため、アームレス
ト２の取付けは座席組立て工程の中で行わねばな
らず作業上困難であつた。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本考案は上記従来の問題点を解決する手段とし
て、座席１の背もたれ部１１側面に取付けられる
リクライニング枠４の前縁に形成された突出部４
３から差出された回動軸３１にアームレスト２取
付け用のブラケツト３を回動可能に取付けたこと
を特徴とするものである。
〔作用〕
上記構成にもとづく本考案の作用は下記の通り
である。
アームレスト２は座席１の背もたれ部１１側面
に取付けられるリクライニング枠４の前縁に形成
された突出部４３から差出された回動軸３１にブ
ラケツト３を介して回動可能に取付けられる。
〔考案の効果〕
したがつて本考案においては座席の背もたれ部
側面に取付けられるリクライニング枠の前縁に形
成された突出部４３から差出された回動軸にブラ
ケツトを介して回動可能にアームレストを取付け
るから、アームレストの回転点がリクライニング
枠よりも前側に位置し、アームレストの回動が容
易になり、使い勝手が良く、また座席組立て工程
とは分離して行うことが出来、作業が極めて容易
になると云う効果が奏せられる。
〔実施例〕
本考案を第１図〜第３図に示す一実施例にもと
づいて説明すれば、座席１は背もたれ部１１と座
部１２とからなり、背もたれ部１１両側面はリク
ライニング枠４によつて支持されている。該リク
ライニング枠４は回動軸４１を介してベース枠５
に回動可能に取付けられており、下縁には歯４２
が形成されており該歯４２はベース枠５に回動軸
６１を介して回動自在に取付けられている係止片
６の歯６２と噛合する。該係止片６はバネ７によ
つて上方に付勢されており、かつ連結杆８２を介
してレバー８に連絡し、該レバー８は回動軸８１
を介してベース枠５に回動自在に取付けられてい
る。更にリクライニング枠４には前縁中間部に突
出部４３が形成されており、該突出部４３には回
動軸３１を介してアームレスト２取付け用のブラ
ケツト３が回動自在に取付けられている。更に該
ブラケツト３の内面からは係止ピン３２Ａ，３２
Ｂが突設せられている。
上記構成において、レバー８を手で引上げると
バネ７の弾性に抗して係止片６が連結杆８２を介
して下方に回動し、係止片６の歯６２とリクライ
ニング枠４の歯４２との噛合が解除され座席１の
背もたれ部１１はリクライニング枠４を介してリ
クライニング可能となる。背もたれ部１１の所定
の位置でレバー８から手をはなすとバネ７の弾性
によつて係止片６は上方に引上げられ係止片６の
歯６２とリクライニング枠４の歯４２とが噛合し
て背もたれ部１１はこの位置で固定される。また
アームレスト２を第２図実線に示す使用状態にす
ると第１図に示すようにブラケツト３の係止ピン
３２Ａがリクライニング枠４の前縁に当接してア
ームレスト２は水平位置で係止される。アームレ
スト２不使用時はアームレスト２を上方に回動さ
せて第２図点線位置におくと第３図に示すように
ブラケツト３の係止ピン３２Ｂがリクライニング
枠４の前縁に当接してその位置で係止される。な
おリクライニング枠４にあらかじめブラケツト３
を組付けてから該リクライニング枠４を背もたれ
部１１の側面に取付けるとブラケツト３の取付け
作業は極めて容易になる。

図、第２図は座席斜視図、第３図はアームレスト
使用状態のブラケツト部分側面図、第４図は従来

ニング枠、４３……突出部、１１……背もたれ

  1. 座席の背もたれ部側面に取付けられるリクライ
    ニング枠の前縁に形成された突出部から差出され
    た回動軸にアームレスト取付け用のブラケツトを
    回動可能に取付けたことを特徴とするアームレス
    トの取付機構。
