Claims (1)
- 基板上に形成された光検出の為の接合部と、こ
の接合部の上を覆つて形成された反射防止膜と、
この反射防止膜の上に前記接合部の周囲を囲つて
形成された電極部を有する半導体光検出素子にお
いて、前記基板と電極との間に存在する容量を減
じるために前記電極と反射防止膜との間に絶縁膜
を形成した事を特徴とする半導体光検出素子。
