    電気的且つ機械的に結合すべく一体化することを
    特徴とする光検出器。 (2) 透光性基板の一表面に透明電極、半導体光
    活性層及び金属電極をこの順に積層した２個の単
    位素子を、互いに透光性基板を外側にして両金属
    電極が結合すべく一体化することを特徴とする光
    検出器。
