Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基板の絶縁表面に於いて電気的に直列接続
された第1の光起電力素子と、該光起電力素子を
被覆する透光性絶縁膜と、該絶縁膜上に於いて電
気的に直列接続された第2の光起電力素子と、を
具備し、上記第2の光起電力素子と第1の光起電
力素子とを上記基板の絶縁表面に於いて電気的に
並列接続せしめたことを特徴とする光起電力装置
。 (2) 上記第1、2光起電力素子の半導体接合は
同一構成であることを特徴とした実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載の光起電力装置。
