In order to achieve the above object, the method of supplying ink liquid to the ink roller and cleaning it in the printing press of the present invention is based on the following method: A support stand is provided above the unit, and an ink liquid container whose bottom can be opened and closed is placed on the support stand. During printing, the bottom of the ink liquid container is opened and the ink liquid in the container is transferred to the pair of inks. The ink liquid flows out into the central part of the valley between the rollers, and the ink liquid that flows through the valley and reaches both ends of both ink rollers is forcibly returned to the ink liquid container through the return pipe by a pump. Just before or after the end of the application, the bottom of the ink liquid container is closed, and the excess ink flowing through the return pipe is pumped into the ink liquid container while falling from both ends of both ink rollers. After collecting the ink liquid, the cleaning liquid is supplied from a separately piped cleaning liquid supply pipe to the center of the valley between the ink rollers and both ends between the ink rollers, and flows out from both ends of these ink rollers. A portion of the cleaning liquid is circulated by the pump through the return pipe to the center of the valley between the two ink rollers, and a portion of the cleaning liquid flowing out from both ends of the two ink rollers is circulated through a valve that can be opened and closed. It is characterized by flowing out into a drain pipe.

The amount of ink liquid stored in the funnel-shaped container 25 in advance is set based on factors such as the number of sheets to be printed and the consumption amount. If the number of sheets to be printed is a relatively small lot, the capacity of the funnel-shaped container 25 is sufficient. However, if the number of sheets to be printed is quite large and the capacity of the funnel-shaped container 25 alone is insufficient, the ink liquid in the large-capacity ink liquid container 41 is pumped with an air pump (not shown) as shown by the broken line in FIG. It is preferable that the liquid is injected into the funnel-shaped container 25 through the pipe 42 while being pressurized by the pump 4), supplied between the rollers 5 and 6, and circulated as described above.

As described above, according to the method of supplying ink liquid to the ink roller and cleaning it in the printing press of the present invention, the central part of the trough formed between the pair of ink rollers consisting of the anilox roller and the doctor roller A support is provided above, and an ink liquid container whose bottom can be opened and closed is placed on the support. During printing, the bottom of the ink liquid container is opened and the ink in the container is transferred to the pair of ink rollers. The ink liquid flows into the center of the trough between the ink rollers, and the ink liquid that flows through the trough and reaches both ends of both ink rollers is forcibly returned to the ink liquid container via the return pipe by a pump to circulate the ink liquid. Just before or after the end of printing, the bottom of the ink liquid container is closed, and the pump collects the excess ink flowing through the return pipe into the ink liquid container while falling from both ends of both ink rollers. Therefore, the excess ink liquid in the return pipe can be forcibly collected into the ink container by the pump, reducing the collection time and significantly reducing the amount of ink adhering to the return pipe. Furthermore, after collecting the ink liquid, the cleaning liquid is supplied from a separately piped cleaning liquid supply pipe to the center of the valley between the ink rollers and both ends between the ink rollers, and the cleaning liquid is supplied from both ends of these ink rollers. A part of the washing liquid flowing out is circulated by the pump through the return pipe to the center of the valley between the two ink rollers, and a valve that can open and close a part of the washing liquid flowing out from both ends of the two ink rollers is provided. The ink roller and return pipe can be efficiently cleaned by discharging a portion of the liquid used for cleaning and circulating the cleaning liquid, while also draining the ink in the return pipe. Since the liquid is forcibly collected as described above and the remaining amount is reduced, cleaning can be carried out in a short time, and the amount of ink liquid lost and the amount of cleaning liquid consumed can be significantly reduced.

Further, according to the device for supplying ink liquid to the ink rollers and cleaning them in a printing press according to the present invention, a bottom surface portion is provided above the center portion between the pair of ink rollers 5 and 6 consisting of an anilox roller and a doctor roller. 20 is provided with a through hole 21, and the side surface is provided with a through hole 21.
A support stand 24 is provided with a passage 23 communicating with the support stand 24, and an ink liquid container 25 having an openable and closable small outlet opening 26 protruding from its lower end is provided on the support stand 24. Since the outflow small-diameter opening 26 is removably installed in the through hole 21 of the support base 24, a container 25 containing a desired amount of ink liquid is placed on the support base 24, and the ink is removed from the container 25. Ink liquid can be directly supplied between the ink branch paths 5 and 6 without the need for piping, and furthermore, the ink rollers 5 and
Covers 27 for receiving excess ink liquid falling from both ends between the ink rollers 5 and 6 are provided at both ends of the ink roller 6.
28 is attached, and three-way joints 29 and 30 are connected to the ink liquid discharge openings of the receiving covers 27 and 28, respectively, and one opening of the three-way joints 29 and 30 is directed toward the ink liquid container 25 via the pump 31. Since it is joined to the previously extending return pipe 32 and connected to the drain pipe 34 via the valve 33 that can open and close the other opening, the return pipe 32 is the only pipe in the ink liquid circulation path, and the container 25 Since the ink liquid collected is directly supplied from the container 25 to between the ink rollers 5 and 6, the circulation path becomes extremely short and the ink liquid is forced to be pumped through the circulation path by a pump. Therefore, recovery and cleaning of the ink liquid in the circulation path after printing is completed can be carried out extremely efficiently and in a short time.
