Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸方向貫通孔を有する弾性の円筒部材及び該円
    筒部材の外表面に配列され、前記外表面に対して
    垂直方向に変位する複数の圧電素子を備えるステ
    ータと、前記貫通孔に貫通して、前記円筒部材の
    内表面に予め定められた摩擦力で接触する軸部材
    とを有し、前記圧電素子に所定の位相関係で電圧
    を印加して、前記軸部材を駆動させるようにした
    ことを特徴とする超音波アクチユエータ。
