- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 銅張り積層基板と、 上記銅張り積層基板の銅配線パターンとして形
成された電源供給ラインと、 上記電源供給ラインに近接するように、上記銅
張り積層基板の銅配線パターンとして形成された
グランドラインと、 上記銅張り積層基板の銅配線パターンとして形
成された信号ラインと、 上記電源供給ライン、グランドライン、及び信
号ラインの接続端子を上記銅張り積層基板の端部
に形成してなる接続端子部と、 上記電源供給ラインから供給される電流により
発光する複数のＬＥＤを有し、上記銅張り積層基
板上に備えられたＬＥＤアレイと、 上記銅張り積層基板上に備えられ、上記ＬＥＤ
アレイを駆動させる集積化されたドライバ回路と
、 上記銅張り積層基板上の上記ＬＥＤアレイ近傍
に、上記電源供給ラインと上記グランドラインと
に接続して備えられたセラミツクコンデンサとを
有することを特徴とするＬＥＤアレイプリントヘ
ツド。
