Abstract

PURPOSE:To curtail a stock used for forming an elbow and to realize the inexpensiveness of the cost of a product by blanking a main steel plate stock whose one edge part is cut and eliminated and a sub-steel plate stock which is cut, from a steel plate in a multi-stage-like placed state. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate 1 of standard width whose breadth conforms with breadth of an elbow forming use steel plate stock is used. A parts which cuts and eliminates one edge part of the elbow forming use steel plate stock becomes a main steel plate stock 2, and a part which is cut becomes a sub-steel plate stock 3. In a state that these main and sub-steel plate stocks 2, 3 are opposed to each other, and also, in a state that they are placed like a multi- stage alternately in the direction reverse to the width direction, blanking from the steel plate 1 is executed. In such a way, the stock used for forming an elbow is curtailed, and the inexpensiveness of the cost of a product can be realized.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method for cutting a steel plate material for elbow forming according to the present invention provides a standard cutting method in which the width is matched with the width of the steel plate material for elbow forming. A main steel plate material 2 for elbow forming has a shape obtained by vertically cutting and removing a portion near the edge C for forming one bent abdomen from a conventional steel plate material B for elbow forming. and a secondary steel plate material 3 for elbow forming, which has a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion of the main steel plate material 2, are arranged with their bending abdomen forming edges c and c portions facing each other. ,Also,
The edges of the steel plate 1 of the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3 are used as joining edges 2a and 3a, and furthermore, the facing configuration of the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3 is reversed left and right. The objects are arranged adjacent to each other alternately and in multiple stages in the longitudinal direction of the steel plates 1 having a fixed width, and the mutual adjacency form of each stage is defined as the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3 facing each other. The bent abdomen forming edges C, the upper end opening surface portion forming edges a, a or the lower end opening surface portion forming edges S, b near the C portion jointly draw a concave arc edge. In the main steel plate material 2 of the adjacent stepped section, the convex arc edge drawn by the edge a for forming the end opening surface part or the edge for forming the lower end opening surface part protrudes and adjoins the main steel plate material 2. This is characterized in that the steel plate material 3 and the secondary steel plate material 3 are cut out from the steel plate 1 in the multi-stage arrangement state as described above.

(Effects of the Invention) The method for cutting a steel sheet material for elbow forming according to the present invention has a shape in which a portion nearer to the edge C for forming the bent abdomen is vertically cut and removed from a conventional steel sheet material B for elbow forming. The main steel plate material 2 for elbow forming and the finished plate material 3 for elbow forming, which has a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion of the main steel plate material 2, are bent and their respective edges c and c portions for forming the abdomen are bent. The main steel sheet material 2 and the raw steel sheet material 3 are arranged in a state where they face each other, and the edge sides of the steel sheet 1 described below in the main steel sheet material 2 and the raw steel sheet material 3 are used as joining edges 2a and 3a, and furthermore, the main steel sheet material 2 and the raw steel sheet material Since the above-mentioned facing form with the material 3 is left and right reversed and placed adjacent to each other, they are arranged alternately and in multiple stages in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate 1 of a fixed width to perform board cutting. This will significantly reduce the amount of leftover material generated from the planking. Therefore, by reducing the amount of materials used, the product price can be significantly reduced.

In other words, in the conventional sheet cutting method as shown in FIG. 5, a steel plate material B for elbow forming, which has a shape equal to the developed shape of the required elbow, is continuously punched out from a fixed length steel plate A. As shown in the figure, a triangular residual material C is inevitably formed between the punched materials and the yield is extremely poor, but the method according to the present invention can eliminate this problem. Since such a triangular residual material C is not generated at all, the purpose of reducing the amount of materials used is achieved.

Since the elbow is formed to be FW in steps a and 3a, it is possible to employ the above-mentioned board cutting method according to the present invention, and the above-mentioned reduction in the amount of materials used can be achieved. The presence of welded parts to the joining edges 2a and 3a makes it difficult to use the elbow in actual use.
Since it does not pose any problem, the presence of the welded portion does not become a compensatory negative factor for achieving the above-mentioned effect of reducing the amount of materials used.

(1) Using a steel plate 1 with a standard width whose width matches the width of the steel plate material for elbow forming, one bending abdomen forming edge c is obtained from the conventional steel plate material B for elbow forming with respect to the steel plate 1. A main steel plate material 2 for elbow forming, which has a shape obtained by cutting and removing the edge portion in the longitudinal direction, and a secondary steel plate material 3, which has a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion of the main steel plate material 2, are separated from each other. The edges c and c portions for forming the bent abdomen are arranged in a state where they are opposed to each other, and the edge sides of the steel plate 1 in the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3 are connected to the joining edge 2a.
, 3a, and furthermore, the main steel plate material 2 and the secondary steel plate material 3, which are left and right reversed, are placed adjacent to each other, alternately and in multiple stages in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate 1 having a fixed width. The mutual adjacency form of each stage is determined by the bending abdomen forming edge c of the opposing main steel plate material 2 and secondary steel plate material 3,
At the concave arc edge jointly drawn by the upper end opening surface portion forming edges a, a or the lower end opening surface portion forming edges b, b near the part c, on the main steel plate material 2 of the step adjacent to this. The convex arc edge drawn by the upper end opening surface portion forming edge a or the lower end opening surface portion forming edge b of A method for cutting a steel plate material for elbow forming, characterized by cutting a steel plate 1 in a multi-stage arrangement state.

(2) A main steel plate material 2 having a shape obtained by cutting and removing a portion closer to the edge c for forming one bent abdomen in the longitudinal direction from a conventional steel plate material B, and an elbow forming having a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion. This elbow is press-formed using a steel plate material for elbow forming, which is formed by welding a subordinate steel plate material 3 at the joining edges 2a, 3a formed at the corresponding edges of the cut.
