Claims (1)
- イオン源で発生したイオンを陽極電極、イオン
引出し電極および電界レンズを介して四重極電極
に導き、この四重極電極で選択されたイオンをイ
オンコレクタによつて検出するようにした四重極
型質量分析装置において、前記電界レンズと四重
極電極の間にイオンビームの通過径を制限するた
めの入射径制限手段を設けたことを特徴とする四
重極型質量分析計。
