の移動があるのみで、ゴムや樹脂膜が伸縮しない
から、円座の一部が窪むと他の部分が押上げられ
て重量の軽い方が圧迫され、重量による圧迫の分
散は行なわれず、したがつて、患部の疼痛を緩和

部分では、クツシヨン効果が得られ、形状可変材

部の形状に応じた重心(圧力)の分散が行われ、

め、双方の相乗効果により、体重による患部の疼

であり、弾褥材が化繊綿で、形状可変材がポリス
