2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, especially in clinical experiments for observing the effects of drugs and treatments thereof, diseases and wounds,
When attaching chemicals to the arm, etc., it was often necessary to maintain the forearm at a constant angle with the elbow as the fulcrum for a long time. In such a case, in order to avoid numbness and pain caused by the body pressure applied to the elbow serving as a fulcrum, a cushioning member wrapped with a certain amount of absorbent cotton with a bandage is created and applied to the elbow each time.

The cushioning member for wrapping absorbent cotton with a bandage in the prior art is effective for protecting the elbow that serves as a fulcrum within a short period of time, but it can be used for treating wounds for a long time and In clinical experiments,
As a result of the fact that the constant bulkiness and elasticity of the absorbent cotton cannot be maintained for a long period of time, individual patients endured the discomfort due to pain and numbness. or,
As a result, the cushioning member, which has lost its elasticity, has poor ventilation due to contraction, and due to the inability to wick sweat, the skin is soaked during a long period of time, and at the worse, blisters are formed. Further, since the cushioning member is produced each time, it is very time-consuming, and the size, hardness and the like are slightly different depending on the person making the cushioning member. In addition, young nurses and the like often cannot make it well because they are not accustomed to it, and it is difficult to make the cushioning member only when the patient is hospitalized for an emergency patient or when he / she is in a hurry after surgery. Furthermore, since these cushioning members are usually made of absorbent cotton, they are not suitable for reuse due to their characteristics as described above, so they had to be destroyed each time even if they were made with time and effort. .

[Function] The upper surface flat portion 4, the lower surface flat portion 6, which are made of a cloth member,
The feather filled in the sealed space formed by the outer diameter side surface portion 8 and the inner diameter side surface portion 10 has a peculiar bulkiness, elasticity, and compression recovery property even when supporting a part of the body for a long time. It is possible to naturally disperse the body pressure at the fulcrum, and thereby prevent the pain and numbness of the elbow caused by the conventional concentration of the body pressure for a long time. In addition, the unique moisture absorption and wicking property of the feathers naturally absorbs and wicks sweat resulting from sweating, thereby preventing sores on the skin and blisters.

In this embodiment, as described above, all of the connections are thread 1
Although the suturing by 2 and 14 is used, it is not limited to the suturing by the thread, and it is sufficient that the connection does not easily come off and there is no obstacle as a cushioning member as a whole. As a result, the three-dimensional circular seat-shaped member 2 forms a barrier of its outer shape. Furthermore,
The present invention is completed by filling the closed space of the three-dimensional circular seat-shaped member 2 formed as described above with feathers (not shown). The feathers are limited to those of waterfowl, and down mixing is also performed centering on small feathers (less than 6.5 cm) and large feathers (6.5 cm or more).

With this, it is possible to realize quick recovery and heat retention with sufficient bulkiness unique to feathers. Since these feathers always maintain a feeling of being softer than their bulkiness and have a high air retention property, their heat retaining properties are not comparable to those of other members such as absorbent cotton and synthetic fibers.

Further, the peculiar bulkiness of the feathers serves to absorb the body pressure of the elbow and provide mental relaxation to the patient. 16
Represents the inner diameter space portion formed by the inner diameter circumferential portion of the three-dimensional circular seat member 2. In the space portion 16, the body pressure applied to the elbow is compressed by interposing the apex portion of the elbow, which serves as a fulcrum during clinical experiments and treatments of hands and arms, to compress the feathers filled in the three-dimensional circular seat member 2. In addition to being dispersed, the sweat generated by the close contact between the member and the elbow for a long time can be quickly and naturally dispersed due to the moisture wicking property of the feathers.

As a result, the patient can always maintain a refreshed state without pain. Further, after the end of use, the original bulkiness and elasticity can be obtained again due to the compression recovery characteristic of feathers. The three-dimensional circular seat-shaped member 2 of the present application has an outer diameter of 16 to 17 cm, an inner diameter of about 4 cm, and a height of about 5 cm, but is not particularly limited.

Further, the three-dimensional circular seat-shaped member 2 is constructed as described above when fixing the elbow, but it is not particularly limited to the elbow and can be used for the knee, the heel and the head as required. Is. Furthermore, in the above-mentioned configuration, if a removable cover (not shown) is made to cover the upper flat surface portion 4, the lower flat surface portion 6, the outer diameter side surface portion 8, and the inner diameter side surface portion 10 for clinical experiments and treatment of injuries. Even if common chemicals accidentally fall into the three-dimensional circular seat-shaped member 2, the three-dimensional circular seat-shaped member 2 is always taken.
It is enough to wash the cover without washing the main body. In addition, there is a risk of nosocomial infection at the place used for treatment of illness, but in this case also the feather itself can be washed completely, and the feather itself should be antibacterial, deodorant, tick-proof and mold-proof. For example, it is possible to provide a cushioning member that is always clean as in the conventional case.

FIG. 5 is a conventional disposable cushioning member 20.
Is represented. Absorbent cotton (not shown) is used for the cushioning member 20, and the cushioning member 20 is formed by forming the absorbent cotton in a circular seat shape in advance and then wrapping the bandage 22 around the whole. Since the cushioning member 20 is formed every time, the shape is different each time, and in the case of a nurse who has little experience, it takes a lot of time and labor to prepare the cushioning member 20. 20 was also inconvenient because it had to be recreated if the inner diameter space 24 was too large or too small.

Further, due to the characteristics of the absorbent cotton used as the contents of the cushioning member 20, those that have once shrunk due to long-term body pressure will not return to their original state, and as a result, the cushioning member 20 having reduced moisture absorption and elasticity. I can't bear throwing away. Therefore,
The cushioning member 20 was disposable once.

The present invention can be characterized by using feathers as a substitute for the cushioning member which has conventionally used only absorbent cotton as described above. However, even if the same filling member is used, cotton wool,
The reason as to why feathers are used instead of synthetic fibers and wool is explained below with reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 4.

First, regarding the compressibility and recoverability, which are important as a cushioning member, each member sampled at a height of about 12 cm under a weight of 0.25 g per 1 cm 2 with a size of 20 × 20 cm ( For cotton wool, synthetic fiber, wool, and feather), the compression ratio of 37 ° C plus and minus 1 ° C pressurizer (made the same as the body temperature) with 250g weight per square centimeter for 3 hours When the ratio of the amount of squat to the original height is calculated, cotton wool, synthetic fiber, wool, etc. are all about 60%, while feathers are about 10% more than these. This means that it is so soft.

Specifically, the rate of decrease in bulkiness after subjecting each of the members to sunbathing for 3 hours is as small as 3 to 4% for cotton wool and feathers, whereas it is 7% for synthetic fibers. ,
With 10% of wool, cotton wool and feathers are almost restored to their original height, whereas with synthetic fibers and wool, about 10% is left behind. See FIG. This settling is also a factor that is accumulated over a long period of time and impairs compressibility and recoverability.

This is a method in which 20 g of material is pressed under a load of 2 kg for 2 hours, the load is removed, the material is rearranged and left for 2 hours, and then the bulkiness is measured, which is repeated 4 times. As is clearer from Fig. 3, the feathers do not change much from the original state, but the cotton wool has a sharp curve, and the decrease in bulkiness is conspicuous. This reduction means that the softness and warmth are reduced.

FIG. 4 shows a table comparing the performance of the feathers as the cushioning member with the performance of other members. As can be seen from this, it is the feather that has completeness in all respects, and thus the feather is the most excellent member as the filling member, and it is possible to use the feather as compared to the conventional cushioning member. It can be said that it is significantly superior to conventional products as a cushioning member.
