(Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a stretchable warp-knitted fabric suitable for foundations such as bras and girdles, innerwear for shorts, and swimsuits. (Prior art) Warp knitted fabrics made by inter-knitting nylon fiber yarns and elastic fiber yarns, or warp knitted fabrics made by inter-knitting these yarns and hygroscopic fiber yarns, have conventionally been used as fabrics for foundations, innerwear, and swimwear. The knitted fabric is known. Recently, as part of the trend toward luxury, thinner fabrics,
Studies are progressing on mixing and knitting cotton with an emphasis on natural fibers. However, if the main material, polyamide fiber yarn, is simply made thinner in order to make it thinner, the tear strength and bursting strength of the fabric will decrease, making it impossible to obtain a product that is suitable for practical use, and the use of the fabric will be limited. Therefore, if high-strength polyamide fiber yarn is used to make the fabric finer in denier, the strength of the fabric can be maintained. Although this increased, the elongation and elongation rate of the fabric decreased, and thread breakage occurred during knitting, so it could not be said that the fabric was of excellent quality. It is also possible to make the elastic fiber yarn thinner to make the fabric thinner, but simply making it thinner will greatly reduce the elasticity of the fabric, resulting in poor fit and tightness, making it impractical. Fabrics made of interknitted cotton yarns are mainly used for foundation fabrics, and the demand for thinner fabrics is stronger than for swimwear fabrics. However, adding cotton yarn makes it even more difficult to make the fabric thinner. Although it is possible to make the cotton yarn thinner, the strength of warp knitting with elastic interlaced yarns is around 80s/1 cotton, and even with this, there are many yarn breakages during knitting, resulting in good quality and stability. Difficult to obtain solid dough. Currently, in the case of single yarn, cotton yarn is often used by covering the cotton yarn with fine denier (10 to 20 denier) nylon and reinforcing it. Also, recently I have been using double thread (60s/
2 to 140s/2) to produce a stable quality fabric that is thick but has few thread breaks.
Therefore, the use of fine count cotton yarn has limitations in terms of quality and operation. For the above reasons, there is currently no thin, stretchy fabric for swimwear, innerwear, and foundations that uses polyamide fiber yarn of 30 denier or less, which is both strong and stretchable, suitable for practical use, and of good quality. This is the actual situation. (Problems to be solved by the invention) Although the invention is thin, it has practically satisfactory tearing strength and bursting strength, and has sufficient elasticity, making it suitable for foundations, innerwear, and swimwear. The purpose is to provide a certain stretchable warp knitted fabric. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is a stretchable russel warp knitted fabric characterized by being knitted from at least the following A yarn and B yarn. A yarn: polyamide synthetic fiber multifilament yarn with single yarn 1 to 5 denier, total 10 to 30 denier, relative viscosity (RV) 2.5 to 4.0, breaking strength (DT) 7.0 to 10.0 g/d, and breaking elongation of 30% or more. . B yarn: Rubber-like elastic fiber yarn with a single yarn of 3 to 15 deniers, a total of 20 to 280 deniers, and a breaking elongation of 350% or more. The relative viscosity (RV) intended in this invention is 2.5~
4.0, and polyamide synthetic fiber multifilament yarn with breaking strength (DT) of 7.0 to 10.0 g/d is 2.5.
It is obtained by melt spinning a polyamide having a relative viscosity of ~4.0 and then stretching it. Of course,
It can also be obtained by a direct spinning and drawing method. If this material is spun by increasing the relative viscosity, the winding speed will be lower because the conventional spinning speed has a large post-elongation rate and winding becomes impossible.
300 to 1000 m/min is preferable, and more preferable is
The speed is 300-500m/min. In this case, the orientation of the undrawn yarn progresses. The undrawn yarn is cold-stretched or hot-stretched at a stretching ratio of 2.0 to 4.5 times, and by increasing the temperature of the heating cylinder under the spinning nozzle or lowering the temperature of the cooling air,
High-strength polyamide fibers with a breaking strength (DT) of 7.0 to 10.0 g/d are obtained. The thickness of the polyamide fiber multifilament yarn needs to be 1 to 5 denier in single yarn denier, and 10 to 30 denier in total denier. When the single yarn denier exceeds 5.0 denier, the number of filaments decreases, and the texture of the resulting knitted fabric becomes stiff, which is not good. Moreover, if it is less than 1 denier, the knitted fabric becomes too soft and knitting becomes difficult. Preferably 2 to 4
It is denier. By using such high-strength polyamide fibers, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thread thickness is reduced. For example, even if the yarn thickness is 20 denier, the breaking strength and tear strength can be equivalent to that of a conventional polyamide multifilament yarn of 40 denier. Further, the elongation at break (dry elongation) of the high-strength polyamide fiber is 30% or more, and the elongation rate of the obtained knitted fabric is high, and yarn breakage does not occur during knitting. If it is less than 30%, the elongation rate of the knitted fabric will be poor, making it unsuitable for foundations, swimwear, etc., and thread breakage will occur during knitting.
Productivity will also be lower. Examples of polyamides for retreading polyamide-based synthetic fiber multifilament yarns include polycaprolactam (nylon 6), polyhexamethylene adipamide (nylon
66), polyhexamethylene sepacamide (nylon 610), polytetramethylene adipamide (nylon 46), copolymers of these polyamides, and condensation of 1,4-cyclohexane bis(methylamine) with linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acids These products include polyamides and the like. Such polyamides may contain erasing agents, pigments, light stabilizers,
A heat stabilizer, an antioxidant, an antistatic agent, a dyeability improver, an adhesiveness improver, etc. can be added. The polyamide synthetic fiber may be used as a filament yarn, or may be false-twisted under normal false-twisting conditions and used as a textured yarn. The rubber-like elastic fiber yarns include natural rubber, synthetic rubber, polyurethane-based synthetic fiber yarns, butadiene rubber fiber yarns, polyester-based elastic fiber yarns, etc., but polyurethane-based synthetic fiber yarns are preferred. Examples of polyurethane-based synthetic fiber threads include polyurethane elastomers obtained by reacting polymer diols such as polyester diols, polyether diols, and polycarbonate diols with polyisocyanates, low molecular chain extenders, and optionally terminal cappers. In addition, either covered yarn or bare yarn may be used,
Preferably it is a bare thread. In addition, even if the total denier of rubber-like elastic fiber yarns is the same, if the thickness of the single yarn denier that makes up the yarn is made thinner, the elongation of the raw yarn itself will decrease, but the stress during elongation will increase.
High stress is preferred. However, when considering operability during the production of elastic yarn, it is necessary that the filament has a total denier of 20 to 280 deniers, a single yarn denier of 3 to 15 deniers, and a breaking elongation of 350% or more. Total denier is 20
If the denier is less than that, the resulting fabric will have too little elasticity to be practical, and the total denier will be too low to be practical.
If it exceeds 280 denier, it will interfere with thinning, which is the main purpose of the present invention. Furthermore, if the elongation at break is less than 350%, the resulting fabric will have less elasticity and is not practical. The preferred elongation at break is 350-500%. In the present invention, relative viscosity and breaking strength refer to values measured by the following method. Relative viscosity: 96.3±0.1% by weight Prepare a sample solution by dissolving the sample in reagent special grade concentrated sulfuric acid so that the polymer concentration is 10mg/ml, and water drop at a temperature of 20℃±0.5℃ for 6 to 7 seconds. Measure the relative viscosity of the solution using a second Ostwald viscometer. For measurements, use the same viscometer and use the same 20% sulfuric acid as when preparing the sample solution.
The relative viscosity RV is calculated from the ratio of the falling time T 0 (seconds) for 1 ml and the falling time T 1 (seconds) for 20 ml sample solution using the following formula. RV=T 1 /T 0 breaking strength Measured using Tensilon manufactured by Toyo Baldwin using a single yarn. (g/d) A warp knitted fabric is knitted by placing polyamide synthetic fiber multifilament yarns and rubber-like elastic yarns in reeds as described above, but if necessary, hygroscopic fiber yarns are added to the warp knitted fabric. It may be. As the hygroscopic fiber yarn, spun yarns made of natural fibers such as cotton, wool, and linen, or spun yarns such as rayon, Kyupra, and acetate are preferable. In addition, in order to maintain quality and operability, it is preferable to use double thread. The warp knitting structure is preferably a power net, a half net, a satin net, a tricone net, etc., and a tricone net type is preferable. Further, it is preferable that the rubber-like elastic thread has an inserted structure, and the total denier is preferably 70 to 280 deniers. Conventional methods can be used as is for knitting conditions, dyeing processing conditions, etc. (Example) The present invention will be described below with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Examples and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 Knitted fabrics were knitted according to the yarn usage and knitting conditions shown in Table 1, and the resulting gray fabrics were dyed and finished. The processing steps are as follows. Relaxation → Preset → Scouring and bleaching → Hot water washing → Dyeing → Hot water washing → Finishing set

There are no restrictions on the uses of the knitted fabric. Also, the elongation rate is high. The physical properties in the examples were measured as follows. 1 Bursting strength: Compliant with JIS L-1018A method (Müllen type method). 2 Tear strength: Based on JIS L-1018 method. 3 Thickness: Use DIAL THICKNESSGAIGE. 4 Elongation force, elongation rate ・Using an Instron type tensile tester Descending speed 30±2cm/min ・Test piece: Take a 2.5cm x 16.0cm test piece vertically and take 2 pieces each in the horizontal and direction ・Extension Force: Attach the test piece to a tensile testing machine with a tensile interval of 10 cm, operate the machine, and elongate at 80%.
Read the stress of time. The average value of two measurements is shown.・Elongation rate: Attach the test piece and operate the machine in the same way as for elongation force measurement, and read the elongation at a load of 2.25Kg. The average value of two measurements is shown. (Effects of the invention) The stretchable warp knitted fabric of the invention was thin, had high burst strength and tear strength, and had a high elongation rate.
