[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a type of car wash machine that includes a cleaning brush in a gate-shaped car wash main body and washes an automobile body by brushing with water spray. [Prior art and problems] Generally, this type of car wash machine has many water supply pipes, and it is essential for maintenance management to drain water from these pipes and take measures to prevent freezing during the winter. It was becoming. By the way, in conventional car wash machines, the necessity of such anti-freeze measures was left to the user's judgment, and there were many cases where the user forgot to take anti-freeze measures, resulting in freezing and rendering the machine unusable. Also,
Most of the work associated with this antifreeze measure was left to the manual labor of the user, requiring a great deal of time and effort. Furthermore, conventional brushes were often left wet during the winter, and if the water adhering to the brushes froze during the winter and the car was washed in this condition, the cleaning function would deteriorate and there was also the risk of having a negative impact on the car body. . Therefore, it has been desired to drain the brush at the same time as taking measures to prevent freezing. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made to address the above problems, and when the end of the car wash is detected in response to an operation input on the operation panel provided in the car wash machine body, the date or outside temperature is detected. If it is determined that anti-freezing measures are necessary, a display prompting for anti-freezing measures is displayed on a display means provided on the car wash machine body, and an operation input to the operation panel is accepted, The system is configured to perform water draining work by introducing compressed air into the water supply pipe and draining work by rotating the brush, so that the user can reliably perform the work without forgetting to take antifreeze measures. To provide a device that simplifies the process and allows easy draining of brushes. In addition, the display means is configured to display a display prompting anti-freeze measures and also to display the work procedure necessary for the anti-freeze measures, so that even unaccustomed workers can easily perform anti-freeze measures. It is preferable to take this into consideration. [Example] Hereinafter, the example will be described based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external view of one embodiment of the present invention. [Table] (8) After the end-of-day inspection is completed, it is determined whether anti-freeze measures are necessary, and if it is determined that anti-freeze measures are necessary, an anti-freeze routine is executed. (9) When the antifreeze routine is finished, screen C will appear.
(See Table 1) will be displayed to prompt you to turn off the power. The necessity of antifreeze measures in step (8) is determined by whether or not the date detected by the built-in calendar clock falls at a time when predetermined antifreeze measures are required. Alternatively, a temperature sensor may be provided to detect the outside temperature, and the determination may be made based on whether the outside temperature has reached a predetermined temperature or lower. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the operations in the routine of the anti-freeze measures, and the operations in the anti-freeze measures will be explained below based on this diagram. (1) When entering the antifreeze routine, first display screen D (see Table 1) to prompt for antifreeze measures. (2) Display the procedure diagram of FIG. 6 on the display device 20 to show the work procedure for antifreeze measures. (3) In the above procedure diagram, the work numbers to be performed (□1 to □7)
are sequentially displayed blinking, and each time the return key 33 is pressed, the process moves to the next operation. In other words, first flash the numbers □1 and □2 and turn on the water tap 8.
prompts the user to close the water supply valve 18. When this work is completed and the return key 33 is pressed, the number □3
flashes to prompt you to press the drain key 25. When draining is completed, the remaining □4 to □7 flash to prompt the drains 14 to 17 to be opened. (4) In the above procedure, when it is the turn of the work number □3, move on to the next step. (5) Wait for the water drain key 25 to be pressed on the operation panel 6, and drain the water by key input. (6) First, open the solenoid valve 19 to introduce compressed air into the water supply pipe to drain water from the pipe. (7) Count the time as water begins to drain. (8) Display screen E (see Table 1), and show the progress status by sequentially displaying marks as time passes. (9) When it is detected that water has been drained for a specified period of time,
Close the solenoid valve 19. (10) Next, each of the brushes 3, 3', and 4 is rotated to drain water from the brushes. (11) Count the time as the draining begins. (12) Display screen F (see Table 1) and show progress by sequentially displaying marks as time passes. (13) When the end of draining is detected after continuing for a predetermined period of time, the rotation of the brush is stopped and the process returns to (2). (14) When the predetermined freeze prevention measures are completed, this routine is completed and the process returns to the flow shown in FIG. 4. According to the embodiment configured as described above, when the "end-of-day inspection" is executed in the "management" mode, it is determined that the car wash is over, and when the end-of-day inspection is completed, antifreeze measures are taken depending on the date or outside temperature of the day. Determines whether anti-freezing measures are necessary, and automatically executes antifreeze routines if deemed necessary. In this routine, the screen D is displayed on the display device 20 to prompt the user to take antifreeze measures, and to guide the work by displaying the steps of the work necessary for the measures. Therefore, by following this procedure, even an inexperienced worker can easily complete antifreeze measures. Furthermore, the car wash machine automatically drains water from the water supply pipe and from the brushes by pressing the drain key 25, so that the work can be completed quickly and reliably. It should be noted that this invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may be modified without departing from the scope of the claims.
Various embodiments are possible. For example, the display means is not limited to a display device, but may also be replaced by an audio alarm or the output of a printer. Further, draining the water supply pipe and draining the brush may be performed by operating separate keys. [Effects of the Invention] The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following remarkable effects. At the end of the car wash, it is determined whether anti-freeze measures are necessary and a display is displayed to prompt the user to take anti-freeze measures, so the machine can be used safely even in winter without forgetting anti-freeze measures and becoming unusable. Since compressed air can be introduced into the water supply pipe and water can be drained simply by inputting an operation on the operation panel, antifreeze work can be carried out easily and quickly. Further, the brush can be rotated to drain water from the brush, and there is no risk of the brush freezing and deteriorating its cleaning function or adversely affecting the vehicle body.
