The liner is manufactured by melt-extruding a liner compound onto the inner surface of the shell and stamping it with a cooling punch for forming. In this case, if the adhesive lacquer is adhesive to the liner, when the liner is peeled off, the prize mark will remain on the cap side, and the liner will be peeled off with the prize mark remaining on the cap side, while the lower part of the printed part will be easily broken. If a flexible or easily peelable coating film is provided, the prize mark will be peeled off while being transferred to the liner side.

Although this method has the advantage of not distorting the design, it has been found that when the resin liner is peeled off from the resin cap, the behavior of the printing ink layer with respect to peeling is not necessarily constant. In other words, if the printing ink layer has strong adhesion to the resin cap and weak adhesion to the resin liner, the printing ink layer remains on the resin cap side, while the printing ink layer has weak adhesion to the resin cap. Therefore, if there is strong adhesion to the resin liner, the printing ink layer will be transferred to the resin liner, but this remarkable difference in adhesive strength can be explained by the difference between the resin cap and the resin liner. Because it is generally difficult to apply a layer between A problem arises in that part of the layer remains on the cap side and another part is transferred to the liner side.

定される。The chlorinated olefin resin used in the present invention has an olefin resin as its basic skeleton, but some of the hydrogen atoms are replaced with chlorine atoms, and it has polarity due to the substitution of chlorine atoms. . Therefore, chlorinated olefin resins have both the characteristics of nonpolar resins and the characteristics of polar resins, which are common to olefin resins. (Thus, chlorinated olefin resins include olefin resins for liners such as polyethylene, ethylene-propylene copolymers, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymers, and vinyl chloride resins. It is extremely well dispersed or miscible in the chlorine-containing polymer for the liner. In addition, chlorinated olefin resin has superior thermal adhesion properties compared to ordinary olefin resin, and can easily be thermally bonded to resin caps. In other words, chlorinated olefin resin not only has a high affinity with printing ink layers due to the presence of polar groups, but also exhibits strong thermal adhesion to printing ink layers that have polar groups. It is presumed that the degree of crystallinity of the olefin resin decreases as the liner ages, and the heat of fusion of the crystals decreases, resulting in strong thermal adhesion with the printing ink layer even with a relatively small amount of heat during liner molding. .

It is possible to use a material formed by means such as molding. In general, propylene resins such as polypropylene and propylene-ethylene copolymers are preferred from the viewpoint of heat resistance and mechanical properties, and these resins have releasable adhesive properties to the printing ink layer.

It is preferable that the chlorine content be in the range of O to 70% by weight, especially 20 to 40% by weight. That is, if the chlorine content is less than the above range, the adhesive strength with the printing ink layer tends to be insufficient. If the chlorine content is larger than the above range, the adhesive strength will decrease and the thermal stability will also be disadvantageous. Good liner forming resins include low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylene-propylene copolymer,
Examples include olefin resins for liners such as polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, and ionomer, and soft vinyl chloride resin. Chlorinated olefin resin is 20% by weight based on the total resin.
In particular, it is preferably contained in an amount of 40% by weight or more,
In terms of workability, the content is preferably 90% by weight or less, particularly 70% by weight or less.

For example, in order to improve the thermal stability of the chlorinated olefin resin, metal soaps such as calcium stearate, magnesium, and zinc, and organic tin A stabilizer such as hydrotalcite or the like can be added. Pigments and fillers can also be included to make the liner opaque. Further, in order to foam or crosslink the resin, a foaming agent such as azodicarbonamide or a crosslinking agent such as dicumyl peroxide may be included. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of processability and dispersibility, a lubricant and a plasticizer can also be included. When forming a liner based on vinyl chloride resin, the vinyl chloride resin and chlorinated olefin resin can also be dispersed in a plasticizer and used in the form of a plastisol.

It also has the advantage of being simple in structure and easy to manufacture.

Samples with a blending ratio of 80% by weight or more tended to have poor workability, such as difficulty in cutting off the molten resin.
