Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for maintenance and to surely clean a filter and hair collector by passing clean water through the filter and the hair collector in the direction opposite to the direction at the time of cleaning bath tub water and discharging the water to the outside of the circulation system for cleaning the bath tub water. CONSTITUTION:Valves V1, V2 are opened, valves V3, V4, V5, V6 are closed and a filter pump P1 is driven in the case of circulating and cleaning the bath tub water. The bath tub water flows through the valve V1 into the hair collector 20 where hair is removed. The water flows through the filter pump P1 and out through a filter inlet port 34 into the filter 20 where the water is filtered. The filtered water flows to a valve V2 side and returns to the bath tub 10. The first valves V1, V2, V6 are closed, the valves V3, V4, V5 are opened and a back washing pump P2 is driven in the case of back washing the filter 30 and the hair collector 20. The clean water from a cistern 60 flows through the valve V3, a 3-way branch point A and an outlet 35 and back washes the filter layer of the filter 30. The water is discharged through a 3-way branch point B, a bypass path 3, a 3-way branch point C, and a discharge path 4 to the outside. The valve V5 is then closed and the valve V6 is opened. Then, the water entering the bypass path 3 enters the hair collector 20 from a 3-way branch point D to drop the hair, etc. This water is discharged through a discharge path 4.

<Prior art and its problems> Conventionally, as this type of bathtub water purification device, for example,
A device described in Japanese Patent No. 24914 is provided. This device is equipped with a filter that can be reversed in the middle of a purification circulation path, thereby circulating bath water in the same direction so that the bath water can be purified and the filter can be backwashed. However, in such a device, the filter itself is limited to a simple device such as a strainer screen, and there is a drawback that the bath water cannot be sufficiently purified.

On the other hand, there is also a device that purifies the bathtub water and backwashes the filter etc. by circulating the bathwater in the forward and reverse directions with respect to the purification circuit, but such devices There were various problems. In other words, to maintain the efficiency of the filter,
Also, in order to prevent hair and dirt from getting on the circulation pump itself, a hair collector is usually installed in front of the circulation pump, but in order to backwash this hair collector, the bath water is circulated in reverse. This causes problems such as hairs adhering to the circulation pumps and valves, resulting in premature failure of the circulation pumps and valves, and hairs adhering to the filter. Also, to prevent this situation,
At least two layers of the hair collector had to be used.

Further, from the water inlet 34, the water passes through the three-way branch point B, enters the bypass path 3, passes through the three-way branch point C, enters the first discharge channel 4, and is discharged to the outside. After this state continues for a while, the valve (2) is closed and the valve (v6) is opened. As a result, water entering the bypass path 3 from the three-way branch point B enters the hair collector 2o from the three-way branch point without going to the first discharge channel 4 side, and enters the filter 21.
The filter 21 is passed through from top to bottom to remove hair and the like adhering to the lower side of the filter 21, and is then discharged through the second discharge path 5.

As mentioned above, by discharging the water that has passed through the filter 30 without sending it to the hair collector 20 side for a while after the start of backwashing, the water that has passed through the filter 30 during the initial backwashing can be It is possible to prevent dirt from being carried over to the hair collector 20. That is, since the backwash water that has passed through the filter 30 is sent to the hair collector 20 when it is in a relatively clean state, the backwash of the hair collector 20 is also improved. Note that the above-mentioned "for a while" may be set to a fixed time using a timer, etc., or may be set to a time until a certain amount of water passes by installing a water flow sensor, or may be set by a sensor that detects the degree of dirtiness of the water, etc. You may also do so.

Of course, in the above, it is also possible to omit the first discharge passage 4 and the valve 5. In this case, the backwash water that has passed through the filter 30 from the cistern 60 is sent to the hair collector 20 from the beginning and is used for backwashing. Therefore, the dirty water at the beginning of backwashing is carried over to the hair collector 20 as it is, but there is a certain backwashing effect.

Further, although the first discharge path 4 is branched from the bypass path 3 in the drawing, it may be branched from the circulation path 1 between the hair collector 20 and the three-way branch point B. It may be branched from the circulation path 1 between the water inlet 34 and the water inlet 34. In the latter case, the wastewater that has passed through the filter 30 at the beginning of backwashing will flow through the valve v4.

Further, in the above embodiment, during backwashing, clean water from the cistern 60 passes through the filter 30 and the hair collector 20 in series, but the clean water from the cistern 60 passes through the hair collector 20. It is also possible to use a series system in which the water passes through the filter 30 after passing through the filter 30. In this case, clean water from the cistern 60 enters the hair collector 20, passes from the upper part to the lower part, washes away deposits, and is discharged. After this state continues for a while, the backwash water that has passed through the hair collector 20 is also sent to the filter 30, passes through the filter 30 from the bottom to the top, performs backwashing, and is then discharged to the outside. be done.

In this case, the wash water introduction path 2 from the cistern 60 is branched in the middle, one of which is connected to the outlet 35 of the filter 300, and after the clean water backwashes the inside of the filter 30 from bottom to top, it is discharged to the outside. The other end is connected to the upper part of the hair collector 20 so that the inside of the hair collector 20 is backwashed from top to bottom and then discharged to the outside.
