Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the circulating filter device which has durability even with an aq. soln. of a high viscosity contg. polysaccharides and clogs less by using nonmetallic pipes for circulating pipes in the respective parts of the circulating filter device for sterilizing the aq. soln. in an electrolytic sterilizing cell and returning the soln. to a bath tub. CONSTITUTION:The aq. soln. discharged after use from the bath tub 1 is circulated through a hair collector 2, a filter 3 and the electrolytic sterilizing cell 4 and is reused. The nonmetallic pipes are used for the circulating pipes of this circulating route. Plastic materials, such as vinyl chloride pipes, are intended as the nonmetallic pipes and other nonmetallic materials, such a ceramics, which are highly resistant to corrosion are usable as well. A vinyl chloride material is used for the parts of the hair collector 2 which come into contact with the aq. soln. As a result, the durable use of even the aq. soln. essentially consisting of the polysaccharides is possible and the clogging is decreased.

On the other hand, the inventor of the present invention firstly prepared an aqueous solution containing a polysaccharide as a main component in order to activate skin cells (Patent No. 1).
1597430 and JP-A-3-240730). These aqueous solutions activate cells of the skin, nasal mucosa, etc. without any fear of side effects, and exert remarkable effects on alopecia, pigmentation, or various diseases such as stomatitis and hay fever. .. Then, the present inventor, after sharp research, discovered that more effective effects can be obtained by using these aqueous solutions in a bath.

However, when this special aqueous solution is used in an ordinary circulating bath, there is a problem that the metal part of each circulating device is severely corroded and cannot be used in 3 months to 6 months. Moreover, the aqueous solution of the polysaccharide used in the bathtub has an extremely high viscosity compared to the water used in a normal bathtub, so when sterilizing and filtering with a conventional circulation filtration device, many parts of the filtration device are clogged. There was also an inconvenience.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 in the figure is a bathtub using an aqueous solution of a polysaccharide as bath water. The aqueous solution discharged from the bath 1 after use is circulated through the hair collector 2, the filter 3, and the electrolytic sterilization tank 4 for reuse. Then, a non-metallic pipe is used as the circulation pipe of this circulation path. At this time, a plastic material such as vinyl chloride is planned for the non-metallic pipe, but other non-metallic materials such as ceramics that are resistant to corrosion can also be used.
