浄水系Bを設け、この洗浄水系Bに洗浄用ポンプ8を付
設する構成であるから、メインとなる循環水系Aのメイ
ンポンプ3を停止させることなく濾過装置4及びストレ
ーナー2の逆洗を行うことができる。 5) さらにその際、ストレーナー2及び濾過装置4の
洗浄を順に行う。すなわち二段階に分けて洗浄を行い、
同時には行わないように設定(プログラム)してあるか
ら、洗浄用ポンプ8は限られた量の洗浄用水を濾過装置
4、ストレーナー2のいずれかに供給すればよく、洗浄
用ポンプ8にかかる負担を軽減でき、ポンプの小型化を
