In order to achieve the above object, the present invention places countless lumps of glass and powdered glass having the same coefficient of expansion on a refractory in a firing furnace, heats them to completely remelt all the powdered glasses, and simultaneously A part or all of the glass is remelted, slowly cooled, and then taken out from the firing furnace. If both the lump glass and the powdered glass are colorless and transparent, the powdered glass is completely remelted. At the same time, a part (surface layer) or all of the bulk glass is remelted to make it white without streaks, while the inside is left as transparent glass, and the complete melting area of both glasses is melted. A transparent glass area is mixed in the (white area), and the transparent glass area is surrounded by a completely melted area with streaks due to powdered glass and a completely melted area without streaks due to lump glass, and both completely melted areas and In the transparent glass area, patterns such as squeezed or blurred patterns seen in dyeing techniques can be made to appear, and if transparent glass is used for lump glass and colored glass is used for powdered glass, it can be colored and streaked. Transparent glass regions coexist within the completely melted region and within the completely melted region without streaks, and a pattern such as a colored squeeze pattern or blurred pattern appears, and furthermore, transparent glass is added to the lump glass and colored glass is powdered. Glass and transparent glass with transparent glass,
If the powdered glass is placed so that colored glass and transparent glass form a striped pattern, the transparent glass of lumped glass and powdered glass will create an uncolored squeeze pattern or blurred pattern. A pattern appears, and at the same time, a squeeze pattern or a blur pattern colored by the lump glass made of transparent glass and the powdered glass made of colored glass appears, and these patterns appear as a striped pattern, creating a particularly beautiful glass. Decorative glass is obtained.

Figures 1 and 2 show a decorative plate glass product with a drawing pattern, and its manufacturing method involves placing colored powder glass in multiple colors in a firing furnace (not shown). Each color is laid in stripes and layers of a constant width on a flat plate refractory at regular intervals, and powdered transparent glass is laid in layers at regular intervals. Next, countless lumps of transparent glass are placed on top of the powdered glass. Thereafter, the firing furnace is sealed and gradually heated to a temperature in the range of 850°C to 1050°C. When heated, whole powdered glass begins to melt first, but even if the surface layer of lumpy glass becomes slightly molten, the inside remains transparent glass, and the lumpy glass begins to melt due to its own weight. I start to sink inside. The sunken glass lumps will eventually melt, but the degree of melting is different from that of the powdered glass, so the powdered glass that has begun to melt will not mix with the molten region of the glass lumps. As the glass lumps begin to sink into the powdered glass layer that has begun to melt, the powdered glass layers gradually gather together and begin to form thick striations in multiple directions, and at the same time, the glass lumps begin to sink into the flat refractory. It sinks close and stops. Slow cooling is started while confirming the degree of progress, and when about 16 hours have passed since the start of heating, slow cooling is completed, the processed product is removed from the firing furnace, and one or both sides are polished. A product as shown is obtained.

By using a plurality of colored powdered glasses, the product has the same number of different colored striped bands 1, 2, 3, and 4. As the lump glass sinks, the powdered glass forms striped patterns 5, 5... in multiple directions, and at the same time, the inside of the lump glass, which is still transparent glass, and the molten area that is white and molten without streaks are formed. , a pattern similar to a shibori pattern appears. This squeeze-like pattern appears as a colored pattern in the striped pattern bands 1, 2, 3, and 4, and in the other areas 6, the lump glass and powdered glass are transparent glass, so it is white. It appears as a pattern.

Figures 3 and 4 show a decorative plate glass product with a shading pattern, and the manufacturing method is to create a flat plate refractory (not shown) in which a lump of glass is placed in a firing furnace (not shown). A single layer or multiple layers are laid on top, and then colored powdered glass of multiple colors is sprinkled on each color in a striped pattern of a constant width at regular intervals. The sprinkled powdered glass forms a layer in the gaps between the glass blocks, or gets into the gaps between the glass blocks and the flat refractory.
At the same time as this sprinkling, powdered transparent glass is sprinkled for a certain period of time between the sprinkled colored powdered glasses. The sprinkled powdered glass of a different color and the powdered transparent glass exhibit a striped pattern, but the peripheries of both blend together and do not form sharp sections. After that, the firing furnace is sealed,
Gradually heat to a range of 850℃ to 1050℃.
When heated, all powdered glass starts to melt first, but even if the surface layer of lump glass becomes slightly molten, the inside remains transparent glass. If heating is continued, the lump glass will eventually melt, but since the degree of melting is different from that of the powder glass, the powder glass that has begun to melt will not mix with the molten region of the lump glass. The area around the colored powdered glass that has begun to melt and the transparent glass powdered glass becomes blurred, just like the area around a cloud, and at the same time, the colored powdered glass area and the transparent glass powdered glass area appear blurred. In this case, depending on the dispersion conditions, a blurry, dense flame area appears in the periphery, resembling a dense flame in a cloud. Start slow cooling while checking the degree of progress, and finish slow cooling when about 16 hours have passed from the start of heating to the start of slow cooling, take out the processed product from the firing furnace, and polish one or both sides. A product as shown is obtained.

4' appears, but the periphery of each pattern band blends with the periphery of the adjacent white area 6' made of lump glass and powdered glass, creating a blurred pattern similar to the periphery of the cloud. At the same time, for each pattern band 1', 2', 3', 4' and the white area 6', depending on the scattering condition after each powdered glass is sprinkled, the surrounding area like dense flames of a cloud may appear. A blurred, dense flame area appears. Then, the transparent glass area (inside itself) of the lump glass is mixed in the completely melted area of the lump glass and powdered glass, resulting in a product with a beautiful shading pattern that goes beyond the shading pattern seen with dyeing techniques. .

The lumpy glass in each of the above examples has a particle size of about 3 to 25 mm, and the powdered glass is a fine and smooth powder like wheat flour. Powdered glass has a different melting point depending on the color in the case of colored glass, but the melting temperature is in the range of 850 to 1050℃,
Colored powdered glass that is previously melted does not change color even when exposed to high temperatures. In addition, although soda lime glass, which has the same expansion coefficient as the bulk glass, was used, other glasses such as crystal glass can also be used as long as the expansion coefficients match. Flat plate refractories are thin bricks,
It was constructed by applying a refractory material (alumina) to a uniform thickness on the surface of fireproof gypsum board, etc., but any refractory material can be used as long as it does not change in quality or collapse at temperatures above 1000℃. do not have. By changing the way the lump glass and powdered glass are placed, various patterns can be created in addition to patterns such as squeeze patterns and shading patterns, and it can be used as a substitute for well-known stained glass or patterned glass.
