Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase ducts easily by removing a cover having tapered temporary holes made larger toward outside and previously formed when a handhole is constructed and inserting a duct sleeve, to a nose of which a tapered resin mortar is mounted, into the hole. CONSTITUTION:When a handhole 10 is made, tapered temporary holes 11 which are made larger toward outside are shaped previously, and the holes are closed by covers 12. When a duct are additionally provided, the cover 12 is removed, and a duct sleeve 20, noses of which have a tapered resin mortar 21, is inserted into the temporary hole 11, and bonded with adhesive 22. After the adhesive 22 is cured, and a duct 30 for cables is inserted. Accordingly, the work of increase of ducts is performed easily during short workhours without breaking the wall of the handhole.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) In other words, the present invention provides a system that, when adding a conduit to the wall of the handhole, covers a temporary hole in an outwardly expanding tapered shape prepared in advance at the time of construction of the handhole. After removing the previously placed lid and inserting a duct sleeve with tapered resin mortar at the tip into the temporary hole from the outside of the hand hole and fixing it with adhesive, insert the pipe through the duct sleeve. It is characterized by being able to take (j).

(Function) In the tube expansion method of the present invention, a lid body placed over an outwardly expanding tapered temporary hole provided in advance at the time of construction of the hand hole is removed, and the tip of the temporary hole is inserted from the outside of the hand hole into the temporary hole. A duct sleeve with resin mortar attached in a tapered shape is inserted and fixed with adhesive, and then the pipe line is installed through the duct sleeve, so there is no need to destroy the wall of the hand hole when increasing pipes. This not only eliminates the need for work inside the handhole, but also effectively eliminates noise, vibration, and damage to conduits such as duct sleeves and cables during wall destruction work.

In addition, 20a, 20b and 20c are duct sleeves used for pipe expansion, and resin mortar 21a, 121b and 21C are placed on the insertion side of the temporary hole 11a,
It is attached so that it has a tapered shape that matches the taper of llb and 11c.

The duct sleeve 20 is usually made of a tubular material molded from synthetic resin having appropriate rigidity and flexibility, preferably a bellows tube, and has the function of absorbing expansion and contraction due to temperature of the pipe, earthquakes, ground subsidence, etc. By inserting the conduit into the hollow part, it serves to guide the conduit into the hand hole and to hold the conduit fixedly.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2(C), from Doug 1 to Sleeve 2,
A resin mortar 21 is attached in a tapered shape to the insertion side of the hand hole, and the adhesive 22 is applied to the surface of the resin mortar 21, and then inserted into the temporary hole 11 from the outside of the hand hole to connect the temporary hole 11 and the resin. The mortar 21 portions are completely aligned and fixed with adhesive.

Here, it is preferable that the resin mortar 21 is, for example, tape-shaped resin mortar wound in a tapered manner so that the outer shape matches the tapered shape of the temporary hole 11.
If the taper shapes of the temporary hole 11 and the resin mortar 21 do not match, it is not preferable because the duct sleeve 20 cannot be reliably installed and fixed.

After the resin mortar 21 and adhesive 22 are completely cured, a conduit 30 such as a cable is inserted from the other end of the duct sleeve 20.
By inserting the pipe into the hand hole 10, the layer pipe work to the hand hole 10 is completed without destroying the side wall of the hand hole 10.

As described above, according to the layered pipe method for handholes of the present invention, a temporary hole is made in advance during construction of the handhole, and this is closed with a lid, thereby making it possible to destroy the side wall of the handhole. Moreover, the duct sleeve can be installed efficiently by only working from the outside of the hand hole.

Therefore, the work to destroy the side wall of the hand hole was carried out from inside the hand hole, paying close attention to avoid damaging the cables and other conduits housed inside the hand hole. Destruction work is no longer necessary, making it possible to significantly shorten layer pipe work time.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained in detail above, the lid body that had been placed over the outwardly expanding tapered temporary hole provided in advance at the time of construction of the hand hole was removed, and the temporary hole was opened from the outside of the hand hole. The feature is that a duct sleeve with tapered resin mortar attached to the tip is inserted and fixed with adhesive, and then the conduit is attached via the marked duct sleeve, making it easier to destroy the wall of the hand hole when layered pipes are installed. Not only does this eliminate the need for work inside the handhole, but it also effectively eliminates noise, vibration, and damage to conduits such as duct sleeves and cables during destruction work.

Therefore, according to the hand hole layer pipe method of the present invention, the number of man-hours and working time can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional method, and the pipe can be expanded safely and reliably. .
