Claims (1)
- １つの切れ目を有する複数の環状光起電力素子
を、略同心状にかつ上記切れ目が一線上に位置す
るように基板上に配列形成し、上記切れ目部分に
ある上記環状光起電力素子の両端部にて上記環状
光起電力素子をその配列方向に電気的に直列接続
したことを特徴とする光起電力装置。
