- 可撓性基板の絶緑表面に複数の膜状受光素子を
並置した半導体受光装置であつて、上記並置した
受光素子の各々が少なくとも円弧方向に存在すべ
く上記可撓性基板を湾曲せしめたことを特徴とす
る半導体受光装置。
