Description
Claims (6)
- ホットランナーを具備した射出成形装置(1)であって、
リアプレート(10)と、
マニホールドプレート(20)と、
バルブステム(25)と、
アクチュエータと、を備え、
前記リアプレート(10)は、ホットランナーを具備する少なくとも1つの主マニホールド(11)を支持するとともに、当該リアプレートの第1の面(19)に少なくとも部分的に連通する複数の空気チャネル(18)に交差し、
前記マニホールドプレート(20)は、前記リアプレート(10)に固定されるとともに、複数の成形用キャビティの各々の内部に溶融プラスチック材料の流れを射出するように構成された複数のノズル(22)を有し、さらに、前記マニホールドプレート(20)は、ホットランナーを具備する複数の副マニホールド(21)を支持し、前記複数の副マニホールド(21)は、前記複数のノズル(22)のグループの各々に前記溶融プラスチック材料の流れを供給するともに、前記リアプレート(10)の前記空気チャネル(18)に連通し、さらに、前記副マニホールド(21)は、前記リアプレート(10)に向けて開口する前記マニホールドプレート(20)の凹部(28)内に収容され、
前記複数のノズルのグループの各々の、前記複数のノズル(22)の各々において、前記バルブステム(25)は、前記ノズル(22)のグループの各々に供給するための前記副マニホールド(21)を、当該バルブステム(25)の少なくとも一部が貫くことにより、前記ノズル(22)を通じた前記溶融プラスチック材料の流れを制御し、
各々のバルブステム(25)に対して、前記アクチュエータは、ピストンシリンダ(26)と、前記ピストンシリンダ(26)の内部において気密に摺動可能で、かつ、前記複数のノズル(22)の各々を開閉させるために前記バルブステム(25)に接続されたピストン(27)とを有し、
前記リアプレート(10)の前記第1の面(19)が、前記マニホールドプレート(20)の前記凹部(28)に影響を受けない前記マニホールドプレート(20)の前記第1の面(29)の平坦面の全面において、前記マニホールドプレート(20)の前記第1の面(29)に直接的に接触するとともに、前記アクチュエータ(26,27)が、前記リアプレート(10)の完全に外部であってかつ前記マニホールドプレート(20)の前記凹部(28)の完全に内部にあり、さらに、複数の前記ピストンシリンダ(26)の各々が、前記リアプレート(10)の前記第1の面(19)と、前記アクチュエータの複数の前記バルブステム(25)の各々に交差するとともに前記リアプレート(10)の前記空気チャネル(18)の少なくとも1つに連通する前記副マニホールド(21)と、の間において、これらによって挟み込まれるように配置される、ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記リアプレート(10)が、当該リアプレート(10)の前記第1の面(19)とは反対側に位置する第2の面に設けられるとともに前記ホットランナーを具備する前記主マニホールドが収容された凹部(14)を有し、前記凹部(14)が、前記主マニホールド(11)から前記副マニホールド(21)への前記溶融プラスチック材料の流れの通過のための開口部(16)が交差するベース(15)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リアプレート(10)の前記凹部(14)の前記ベース(15)が、前記空気チャネル(18)に少なくとも部分的に交差する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記空気チャネル(18)が、前記リアプレート(10)の前記第1の面(19)上であってかつ前記凹部(14)の前記ベース(15)において引き出される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 複数の前記ピストンシリンダ(26)のうちの幾つかが、前記リアプレート(10)の前記凹部(14)の前記ベース(15)において、前記リアプレート(10)の前記第1の面(19)と、前記複数の副マニホールド(21)の各々と、の間において、これらによって挟み込まれる、請求項2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記凹部(14)が、前記リアプレート(10)の前記第2の面上に固定されるとともに前記溶融プラスチック材料の流れのための主導入口(12)に交差するカバー(30)によって閉鎖される、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
