示している。nは、元素Mの価数を示している。金属アルコキシドとしては、たとえば、テトラエトキシシラン〔Si(OC2H5)4〕、トリイソプロポキシアルミニウム〔AL(O-2’-C3H7)3〕などがあげられ、中でもテトラエトキシシラン、トリイソプロポキシアルミニウムは加水分解後、水を含んだ溶液中で比較的安定に存在することができる。
[塗液1]:三井化学(株)製接着剤溶液(ポリエステル系ポリウレタン樹脂溶液)
主剤:タケラックA-525(内 ウレタン樹脂の前駆体50質量%、酢酸エチル50質量%)
硬化剤:タケネートA-52(内 ウレタン樹脂の硬化剤55質量%、酢酸エチル45質量%)
溶媒:酢酸エチル
これらをA-525:A-52:酢酸エチル=9:1:165(固形分濃度3質量%)で配合した。
[塗液2]:
(a)テトラエトキシシラン(Si(OC2H5)4;以下、TEOSと略記)17.9gとメタノール10gに0.1N塩酸72.1gを加えて30分間攪拌して加水分解させた固形分5%(重量比SiO2換算)の加水分解溶液。
Claims (6)
- 少なくともバリアフィルム層、接着剤層、シーラント層とがこの順に積層され、前記バリアフィルム層が、密度0.940~0.980g/cm3の高密度ポリエチレンからなる厚さ20~40μmのフィルムと前記フィルム上に形成されたバリア層とからなり、前記シーラント層が、密度0.910~0.920g/cm3の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンからなる厚さ100~150μmのフィルムからなることを特徴とする積層体。
- 前記積層体の高密度ポリエチレンフィルム同士のヒートシール開始温度と、前記積層体の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン同士のヒートシール強度が飽和するヒートシール飽和温度との差が30℃以上あることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 前記バリアフィルム層のバリア層が、蒸着法によって形成された金属酸化物層と前記金属酸化物層上に形成されたガスバリア皮膜層とからなり、前記ガスバリア皮膜層が、水溶性高分子と1種類以上の金属アルコキシド又はその加水分解生成物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の積層体。
- 前記金属酸化物層にAl、Siのいずれかが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の積層体。
- 前記バリアフィルム層の前記高密度ポリエチレンフィルムと前記バリア層との間にアンカーコート剤を含有する密着層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の積層体を用いたスタンディングパウチ。
