Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係るシリーズハイブリッド車両(以下、単に「車両」ともいう)の駆動系及び制御系の概略構成図である。この車両は、バッテリの充電率が高い間はエンジンを停止して走行用の電動機により走行し、バッテリの充電率が低くなると、エンジンにより発電機を駆動して発電しながら走行用の電動機により走行する。
次に、エンジン1と第2モータジェネレータ3との間の動力伝達経路A(図1の一点鎖線で囲まれた部分)について説明する。
図6の点I/P1、I/P2については後述する。
次に、発電のためにエンジン1を始動する際の制御について説明する。
Claims (5)
- 発電及び力行が可能な発電機とエンジンとの間の動力伝達経路に、前記発電機側から順に第1ハブと、第2ハブと、フライホイールとが配置され、
前記第1ハブと前記第2ハブが前記第1ハブ及び前記第2ハブの周方向に伸縮する第1バネで接続され、前記第2ハブと前記フライホイールが前記第2ハブ及び前記フライホイールの周方向に伸縮し、かつ前記第1バネよりもバネ定数の大きい第2バネで接続されており、
エンジン始動時にエンジントルクが発生すると、前記第1ハブと前記第2ハブとの捩じり角が前記第1ハブと前記第2ハブとが接触するまでの低捩じり角度領域では前記第1バネによりトルク変動を吸収し、前記第1ハブと前記第2ハブとが接触した後の高捩じり角度領域では前記第2バネによりトルク変動を吸収する車両のエンジン始動方法において、
前記エンジン始動方法は、
前記エンジンを始動させる必要があるか否かを判断し、
前記エンジンを始動させる必要がある場合には、前記発電機による前記エンジンのクランキングを開始し、
1回目の点火により発生するエンジントルクを2回目以降の点火により発生するエンジントルクより抑制し、
前記クランキングの最中であって、かつ前記低捩じり角度領域にあるときに前記1回目の点火を行う、車両のエンジン始動方法。 - 請求項1に記載の車両のエンジン始動方法において、
前記1回目の点火を行なう際の目標エンジントルクを、前記2回目以降の点火を行なう際の目標エンジントルクより小さく設定することにより、前記1回目の点火により発生するエンジントルクを抑制する、車両のエンジン始動方法。 - 請求項1に記載の車両のエンジン始動方法において、
前記1回目の点火を行なう際の点火時期を、前記2回目以降の点火を行なう際の点火時期に比べて遅角することにより、前記1回目の点火により発生するエンジントルクを抑制する、車両のエンジン始動方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項の車両のエンジン始動方法が適用されるシリーズハイブリッド車両において、
バッテリの供給可能電力が、車両の最大加速時に必要な電力より小さい、シリーズハイブリッド車両。 - 発電及び力行が可能な発電機と、
前記発電機と動力伝達経路を介して接続されるエンジンと、
前記動力伝達経路に前記発電機側から順に配置される第1ハブ、第2ハブ及びフライホイールと、
前記発電機及び前記エンジンを制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記第1ハブと前記第2ハブが前記第1ハブ及び前記第2ハブの周方向に伸縮する第1バネで接続され、前記第2ハブと前記フライホイールが前記第2ハブ及び前記フライホイールの周方向に伸縮し、かつ前記第1バネよりもバネ定数の大きい第2バネで接続されており、
エンジン始動時にエンジントルクが発生すると、前記第1ハブと前記第2ハブとの捩じり角が前記第1ハブと前記第2ハブとが接触するまでの低捩じり角度領域では前記第1バネによりトルク変動を吸収し、前記第1ハブと前記第2ハブとが接触した後の高捩じり角度領域では前記第2バネによりトルク変動を吸収する、車両のエンジン始動装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記エンジンを始動させる必要があるか否かを判断し、
前記エンジンを始動させる必要がある場合には、前記発電機による前記エンジンのクランキングを開始し、
1回目の点火により発生するエンジントルクを2回目以降の点火により発生するエンジントルクより抑制し、
前記クランキングの最中であって、かつ前記低捩じり角度領域にあるときに前記1回目の点火を行うようプログラムされている、車両のエンジン始動装置。
