Description
吸気ポート、燃焼室、排気ポートを有するエンジンと、
前記エンジンを制御すると共に前記燃焼室から排出されて前記排気ポートを流れる排ガスの温度である排ガス温度を推定する制御装置と、
を備えるエンジン装置であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記エンジンの制御として、燃料噴射および点火を行なう通常制御を実行しているときに、
ストイキの場合には、燃焼ガス温度と燃焼ガス量と燃焼ガス比熱とに基づく第1熱エネルギに基づいて前記排ガス温度を推定し、
リーンの場合には、前記第1熱エネルギと、空気温度と前記ストイキに対する余剰空気量と空気比熱とに基づく第2熱エネルギと、に基づいて前記排ガス温度を推定し、
リッチの場合には、前記第1熱エネルギと、燃料温度と前記ストイキに対する余剰燃料量と燃料比熱と燃料蒸発潜熱とに基づく第3熱エネルギと、に基づいて前記排ガス温度を推定する、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (4)
- 吸気ポート、燃焼室、排気ポートを有するエンジンと、
前記エンジンを制御すると共に前記燃焼室から排出されて前記排気ポートを流れる排ガスの温度である排ガス温度を推定する制御装置と、
を備えるエンジン装置であって、
燃焼ガス温度を取得する燃焼ガス温度取得手段と、
燃焼ガス量を取得する燃焼ガス量取得手段と、
空気温度を取得する空気温度取得手段と、
ストイキに対する余剰空気量を取得する余剰空気量取得手段と、
燃料温度を取得する燃料温度取得手段と、
前記ストイキに対する余剰燃料量を取得する余剰燃料量取得手段と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記エンジンの制御として、燃料噴射および点火を行なう点火噴射制御を実行しているときに、
前記ストイキの場合には、前記燃焼ガス温度と前記燃焼ガス量と燃焼ガス比熱との積として得られる第1熱エネルギを、前記燃焼ガス量と前記燃焼ガス比熱との積として得られる第1熱容量で徐して前記排ガス温度を推定し、
リーンの場合には、前記第1熱エネルギと、前記空気温度と前記余剰空気量と空気比熱との積として得られる第2熱エネルギとの和を、前記第1熱容量と、前記余剰空気量と前記空気比熱との積として得られる第2熱容量との和で除して、前記排ガス温度を推定し、
リッチの場合には、前記第1熱エネルギと、前記燃料温度と前記余剰燃料量と燃料比熱との積から前記余剰燃料量と燃料蒸発潜熱との積を減じて得られる第3熱エネルギとの和を、前記第1熱容量と、前記余剰燃料量と前記燃料比熱との積として得られる第3熱容量との和で除して、前記排ガス温度を推定する、
エンジン装置。 - 請求項1記載のエンジン装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの制御として、前記燃料噴射を行なうと共に前記点火を行なわない無点火噴射制御を実行しているときには、前記空気温度と前記余剰空気量と前記空気比熱との積として得られる前記第2熱エネルギと、前記燃料温度と前記余剰燃料量と前記燃料比熱との積から前記余剰燃料量と前記燃料蒸発潜熱との積を減じて得られる前記第3熱エネルギとの和を、前記余剰空気量と前記空気比熱との積として得られる第2熱容量と、前記余剰燃料量と前記燃料比熱との積として得られる第3熱容量との和で除して、前記排ガス温度を推定する、
エンジン装置。 - 請求項1または2記載のエンジン装置であって、
前記エンジンの冷却水温を取得する冷却水温取得手段と、
前記エンジンの排気管の温度を取得する排気管温度取得手段と、
前記排気ポートを通過する空気の流速である排ガス流速を取得する排ガス流速取得手段と、
を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの制御として、前記燃料噴射および前記点火を行なわない燃料カット制御を実行しているときには、前記排気管の温度と、前記冷却水温から前記排気管の温度を減じて更に前記排ガス流速が大きいほど大きくなる傾向の係数を乗じた値と、の和として前記排ガス温度を推定する、
エンジン装置。 - 請求項1または2記載のエンジン装置であって、
前記エンジンは、排気管に配置されたタービンと吸気管に配置されたコンプレッサとが連結シャフトを介して連結された過給機を更に有し、
前記エンジンの冷却水温を取得する冷却水温取得手段と、
前記タービンを収容するタービンハウジングの温度を取得するタービンハウジング温度取得手段と、
前記排気ポートを通過する空気の流速である排ガス流速を取得する排ガス流速取得手段と、
を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの制御として、前記燃料噴射および前記点火を行なわない燃料カット制御を実行しているときには、前記タービンハウジングの温度と、前記冷却水温から前記タービンハウジングの温度を減じて更に前記排ガス流速が大きいほど大きくなる傾向の係数を乗じた値と、の和として前記排ガス温度を推定する、
エンジン装置。
