Description
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a group management control device.
In recent years, autonomous mobile objects (referred to as "autonomous mobile robots") that perform tasks such as cleaning inside buildings, transporting luggage, and providing directions to building users have been put into practical use. In order to perform the above tasks in buildings with multiple floors, autonomous mobile robots must be used in elevators.
Conventionally, various car assignment methods have been proposed on the assumption that the robot and the user do not board the car at the same time. However, if we consider a case in which a user moves within a building guided by a building guide robot, for example, there is a possibility that the robot and the user board the car at the same time. In such a case, lowering the priority of riding the robot may result in a decrease in convenience for the user. Furthermore, if hall calls made by robots and hall calls made by users are treated equally, there is a possibility that the convenience for users will be reduced.
For example, if one car is assigned to a robot-only car, no one can ride in that car, and it is necessary to allocate a car from among the other cars, which may lead to a decrease in user convenience. be. Furthermore, if a situation arises in which it is not possible to decide whether to allow a robot to ride alone or to coexist with a person depending on the usage status of the elevator, it may become impossible to achieve both transportation efficiency and safety.
Embodiments of the present invention provide group management control that enables flexible cage assignment according to the services provided by autonomous mobile robots and enables coexistence between autonomous mobile robots and users without impairing user convenience.
《Processing procedure of the first embodiment》
Next, the processing procedure of the first embodiment will be explained based on the flowcharts of FIGS. 5 and 6.
The robot
FIG. 6 shows the procedure of robot standby determination processing by the robot
Here, the robot call standby determination is a function that temporarily makes a robot call standby when, for example, there are many users waiting for cars in the hall. For example, if a building manager, such as a building maintenance robot, wants to give the robot a lower priority in car assignment than the user, this is a function to temporarily suspend the car assignment to the robot.
In this process, it is determined whether the number of people waiting in the hall is equal to or greater than a threshold value (step S21). If it is above the threshold, a robot call standby instruction is output to the autonomous mobile robot 50 (steps S21 YES, S22).
《Waiting for robot call》
This is a function to notify the autonomous
FIG. 7 shows the priority of the robot call waiting area, and shows the contents of the notification from the elevator control system to the robot. Specifically, there are two cases: instructing the hall waiting area (No. 1 to No. 3) and instructing the travel time (No. 4), and the following priorities are set for each. There is. Which notifications are to be notified follows the predetermined priority.
No.1 Control the hall waiting area: Instruct to wait at a predetermined location:
No.2 Control the waiting area in the hall: Instruct people to wait in a place with few people in the hall:
No.3 Control the hall waiting area: Instruct to wait in a place where there are few or no people getting off the car:
No.4 Control travel time: Determine the degree of congestion from the crowd flow information, notify the robot of the recommended travel time, and instruct it to travel at the appropriate time.
Additionally, if the robot is called before arriving at the hall, it may be possible to notify the robot of the recommended time to move to the hall. Instructions are given to the autonomous
Returning to the flowchart of FIG. 6, if the number of people waiting in the hall is not equal to or higher than the threshold value, then it is determined whether the car allocation priority of the autonomous
The autonomous
The above judgment process can also be determined by AND (logical product) or OR (logical sum) of multiple conditions. In other words, it is also possible to have the robot call wait only when the AND of the number of people waiting in the hall (condition 1) and the robot priority (condition 2) is satisfied. Furthermore, there are several possible ways to set the waiting time, such as setting it to a predetermined fixed value or making it variable depending on the situation.
On the other hand, when a robot call occurs, in parallel with the robot call standby determination process described above, as shown in step S3 in FIG. 5, the allocation candidate
《Determination of candidate baskets for allocation》
As shown in FIG. 8, the allocation candidate cars are determined based on the following conditions. Carts that meet the target conditions are designated as candidates for allocation.
No.1 Applicable to cars that allow robot rides
No.2 Car with no passengers: Number of passengers: Cars that have already been assigned to a user (hall call), but are eligible if they currently have zero passengers.
No.3 Cars with no passengers: Cars that are waiting (zero passengers) are eligible.
No.4 Cars with people in them: Occupancy ratio: Cars with occupancy rates per unit time above the threshold (or below the threshold, depending on how the threshold is determined) are eligible.
No.5 Does not depend on whether or not there are people in the car: Cars that are pre-determined regardless of whether or not there are people in the car
No.6 Irrespective of whether or not there are people in the car: All cars, regardless of whether or not there are people in them.
In the above process, the car that allows the robot to ride is in a sense an essential requirement, but in addition to that, there are also cars that have been assigned to a user (hall call) but no one is riding at the moment, and a car that has a hall call. A car that is not assigned to a car and has no users on it, a car whose occupancy rate per unit time is above the threshold value (or a car below the threshold value depending on how the threshold value is determined), and a car with no users boarding the car. Cars that have been determined in advance regardless of their presence or absence, all cars regardless of whether or not a user is boarding the car, etc. can be considered as candidate cars for allocation. Allocation candidates are determined based on such evaluation criteria. The actual car assignment is determined by the assigned

The car allocation method is set using various methods set in the priority table 308 shown in FIG.

《Priority table》
FIG. 9 shows an example of a priority table 308 for car allocation methods. In the example of FIG. 9,
Cars are allocated from among the cars to be allocated according to the priorities listed in this priority table 308. However, if multiple identical cars are extracted, they will be allocated using the allocation method with the next highest priority. For example, if the following priorities No. 1 to No. 6 are assigned, the car will be searched with priority given to the empty space within the car. If multiple cars in the same space are extracted, the car closest to the robot hall arrival position with the next highest priority is judged and assigned.
No.1 Group management control algorithm not compatible with robots: Apply existing algorithm:
No.2 Priority on empty space in the car (priority on number of people, priority on area, etc.): Assign the car with the largest amount of free space inside the car:
No.3 Robot hall arrival position priority: Assign the car closest to the robot's waiting position:
No.4 Priority on arrival time of car at landing floor: Priority allocation to the car that arrives at the robot landing floor earliest:
No.5 Fixed allocation: Allocate a car determined in advance by the administrator, etc.:
No.6 Random assignment: Randomly assign a car:
As in No. 1 above, an allocation method based on an existing group management control algorithm that does not assume the use of robots can be considered. Another possible method, like No. 2, is to allocate the car with the largest empty space or empty weight. Also, as shown in No. 3, there is a method of allocating the car closest to the robot's hall standby position. Also, as shown in No. 4, there is a method of allocating the car that arrives at the robot boarding floor the earliest. Furthermore, as in No. 5, a method of allocating a car determined in advance by an elevator manager or the like, or as in No. 6, a method of randomly allocating a car, etc. can be considered. In this case as well, a priority is set for each allocation method as before, and car allocation is performed based on the priority. In the case of FIG. 9, since "priority to free space in car" has the highest priority, the car is determined according to this. At this time, if there are a plurality of cars with the same empty space inside the car, the car is determined based on "robot hall arrival position priority" having the next highest priority (step S4).
The determined assigned car information is output from the assigned
As described above, according to the first embodiment, when the autonomous

In the processing of the first embodiment, there is a possibility that a case may occur in which an assigned car cannot be found. For example, if we consider a situation where the autonomous

In the empty car creation table 312, as shown in FIG. 11, conditions for creating an empty car are set. Specifically, the following conditions No. 1 to No. 3 are set.
No.1 Forced creation: Forced creation unconditionally: Users currently on board are asked to get off at the stop floor even before they reach their destination floor.
No. 2 Prohibition of additional boarding (prohibition of any additional boarding): The car will be marked empty once all users in the car have disembarked. Additional passengers are prohibited from boarding the vehicle even before the change of direction.
No.3 No additional boarding allowed: Once all users in the car get off the car, the car will be considered empty. Users are allowed to ride until the direction of the destination is changed.

《Processing procedure of second embodiment》
FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing the procedure of empty car creation processing according to the second embodiment. Note that the flowchart shown in FIG. 12 is obtained by adding the processes of steps S31 and S32 between steps S3 and S4 of the flowchart of FIG. Other processes are the same as those in the first embodiment, so descriptions thereof will be omitted.
