Claims (4)
- 流体機器へ作動流体を供給する作動流体供給システムであって、
第1駆動源の出力により駆動され前記流体機器へ作動流体を供給可能な第1ポンプと、
前記第1駆動源の出力により駆動され前記流体機器へ作動流体を供給可能な第2ポンプと、
前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先を、前記第1ポンプの吐出側と、前記第1ポンプの吸込側と、の何れか一方に切り換え可能な第1切換弁と、
前記流体機器で必要とされる作動流体の必要流量に応じて前記第1切換弁を切り換え制御する第1切換制御部と、
前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先が前記第1ポンプの吸込側となるように前記第1切換弁が切り換えられているときに、前記第1ポンプの吸込側の圧力が所定の第1圧力となるように制御する第1圧力制御部と、を備え、
前記第1圧力制御部は、
前記第1切換弁と前記第1ポンプの吸込側とを接続する還流通路に設けられ前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先を、前記第1ポンプの吸込側と、作動流体が貯留されるタンクと、の何れか一方に切り換え可能な第2切換弁と、
前記第1ポンプの吸込側の圧力が前記第1圧力以下である場合には、前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先が前記第1ポンプの吸込み側となるように前記第2切換弁を切り換え、前記第1ポンプの吸込側の圧力が前記第1圧力よりも大きい場合には、前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先が前記タンクとなるように前記第2切換弁を切り換える第2切換制御部と、を有することを特徴とする作動流体供給システム。 - 流体機器へ作動流体を供給する作動流体供給システムであって、
第1駆動源の出力により駆動され前記流体機器へ作動流体を供給可能な第1ポンプと、
前記第1駆動源の出力により駆動され前記流体機器へ作動流体を供給可能な第2ポンプと、
前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先を、前記第1ポンプの吐出側と、前記第1ポンプの吸込側と、の何れか一方に切り換え可能な第1切換弁と、
前記流体機器で必要とされる作動流体の必要流量に応じて前記第1切換弁を切り換え制御する第1切換制御部と、
前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先が前記第1ポンプの吸込側となるように前記第1切換弁が切り換えられているときに、前記第1ポンプの吸込側の圧力が所定の第1圧力となるように制御する第1圧力制御部と、を備え、
前記作動流体供給システムは、
前記第1駆動源とは別の第2駆動源の出力により駆動され前記流体機器へ作動流体を供給可能な第3ポンプと、
前記第3ポンプからの作動流体の供給先を、前記第1ポンプの吐出側と、前記第1ポンプ及び前記第2ポンプの吸込側と、の何れか一方に切り換え可能な第3切換弁と、
前記流体機器で必要とされる作動流体の前記必要流量に応じて前記第3切換弁を切り換え制御する第3切換制御部と、
前記第3ポンプからの作動流体の供給先が前記第1ポンプ及び前記第2ポンプの吸込側となるように前記第3切換弁が切り換えられているときに、前記第1ポンプ及び前記第2ポンプの吸込側の圧力が所定の第2圧力となるように制御する第2圧力制御部と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする作動流体供給システム。 - 前記第1圧力制御部は、
前記第1切換弁と前記第1ポンプの吸込側とを接続する還流通路から分岐し、作動流体が貯留されるタンクに接続されるリリーフ通路と、
前記リリーフ通路に設けられ、前記還流通路の圧力が前記第1圧力よりも大きくなったときに開弁し、前記還流通路と前記タンクとを連通するリリーフ弁と、を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の作動流体供給システム。 - 流体機器へ作動流体を供給する作動流体供給システムであって、
第1駆動源の出力により駆動され前記流体機器へ作動流体を供給可能な第1ポンプと、
前記第1駆動源とは別の第2駆動源の出力により駆動され前記流体機器へ作動流体を供給可能な第2ポンプと、
前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先を、前記第1ポンプの吐出側と、前記第1ポンプの吸込側と、の何れか一方に切り換え可能な第1切換弁と、
前記流体機器で必要とされる作動流体の必要流量に応じて前記第1切換弁を切り換え制御する第1切換制御部と、
前記第2ポンプからの作動流体の供給先が前記第1ポンプの吸込側となるように前記第1切換弁が切り換えられているときに、前記第1ポンプの吸込側の圧力が所定の第1圧力となるように制御する第1圧力制御部と、を備え、
前記第1圧力制御部は、
前記第1ポンプの吸込側の圧力が前記第1圧力以下である場合には、前記第2駆動源の出力を増大させ、前記第1ポンプの吸込側の圧力が前記第1圧力よりも大きい場合には、前記第2駆動源の出力を低下させる出力制御部を有することを特徴とする作動流体供給システム。
