Claims (5)
- 内燃機関の動力により駆動される発電機と、
動力伝達経路上、前記内燃機関と前記発電機との間に設けられたダンパと、
が設けられ、
前記内燃機関は、気筒で失火が生じた時に生じるトルク変動量の最大値が、前記発電機のカウンタトルクにより前記ダンパの変位を前記ダンパのストッパに当接が生じる変位未満に抑えることが可能な値より大きい内燃機関の制御方法であって、
回転速度に対するトルクを定めたエンジン性能線に基づいて前記内燃機関を運転し、
前記エンジン性能線の、全負荷運転時のトルクに到達する前記回転速度を未制限時に比べて高回転速度側に設定することにより、前記発電機のカウンタトルクにより前記ダンパの変位を前記ストッパに当接が生じる変位未満に制御可能な範囲内に前記内燃機関のトルクを制限する、
ことを含む内燃機関の制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関が運転していることに応じて、前記内燃機関のトルクを制限する、
内燃機関の制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御方法であって、
前記ダンパは、メインダンパとプリダンパと有して構成され、
前記ストッパは、前記メインダンパのハブに設けられ、
前記ストッパには動力伝達経路上、前記内燃機関と前記ダンパとの間に設けられた回転部材が当接する、
内燃機関の制御方法。 - 請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関は、
前記発電機で発電した電力により駆動輪を駆動する走行用モータと、
前記走行用モータと前記駆動輪との間で動力を伝達する第1動力伝達経路と、
前記内燃機関と前記発電機との間で動力を伝達する第2動力伝達経路と、を備え、前記ダンパが前記第2動力伝達経路に設けられるシリーズハイブリッド車両、
に搭載される内燃機関の制御方法。 - 内燃機関の動力により駆動される発電機と、
動力伝達経路上、前記内燃機関と前記発電機との間に設けられたダンパと、
が設けられ、
前記内燃機関は、気筒で失火が生じた時に生じるトルク変動量の最大値が、前記発電機のカウンタトルクにより前記ダンパの変位を前記ダンパのストッパに当接が生じる変位未満に抑えることが可能な値より大きい内燃機関の制御装置であって、
回転速度に対するトルクを定めたエンジン性能線に基づいて前記内燃機関を運転し、前記エンジン性能線の、全負荷運転時のトルクに到達する前記回転速度を未制限時に比べて高回転速度側に設定することにより、前記発電機のカウンタトルクにより前記ダンパの変位を前記ストッパに当接が生じる変位未満に制御可能な範囲内に前記内燃機関のトルクを制限する制御部を備える、
