Description
ゾルゲル法で合成されたSrCa1/3Nb2/3O3前駆体をモル比が10倍の塩酸水溶液に加え、攪拌しながら80℃で2日間保温し、粒子を濾過してモル比が10倍の塩酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて130℃で3日間反応させ、粒子を濾過し、最後に、モル比が10倍の塩酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて180℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるすべてのストロンチウムイオン、カルシウムイオンと一部のニオブイオンは塩酸溶液により溶出され、塩酸溶液における水素イオンは結晶構造に取り込まれ、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた白色の中間生成物はニオブ酸粒子HNbO3である。得られたニオブ酸粒子をアルゴン雰囲気下、それぞれ700℃及び800℃で4時間か焼する。灰色の直方五酸化ニオブ材料Nb2O5-zが得られる。
ゾルゲル法で合成されたLiNbO3をモル比が3倍の塩酸水溶液に加え、80℃で攪拌しながら2日間保温し、粒子を濾過してモル比が3倍の塩酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて110℃で3日間反応させ、粒子を濾過し、最後に、モル比が3倍の塩酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて150℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるすべてのリチウムイオンと一部のニオブイオンは塩酸溶液により溶出され、塩酸溶液における水素イオンは結晶構造に取り込まれ、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた白色の中間生成物はニオブ酸粒子HNbO3である。得られたニオブ酸粒子をアルゴン雰囲気下、800℃で4時間か焼する。単斜晶相五酸化ニオブ材料Nb2O5-zが得られる。
高温固相反応法で合成されたK2TiO3をモル比が5倍の塩酸水溶液に加え、90℃で攪拌しながら3日間保温し、粒子を濾過してモル比が5倍の硝酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて140℃で3日間反応させ、粒子を濾過し、最後に、モル比が5倍の硝酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて200℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるすべてのカリウムイオンと一部のチタンイオンは硝酸溶液により溶出され、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた白色の中間生成物は無定形構造のチタン酸化物粒子である。得られた粒子を真空中、600℃で4時間か焼する。二酸化チタン材料TiO2-zが得られる。
高温固相反応法で合成されたLaFeO3をモル比が3倍のギ酸水溶液に加え、80oCで攪拌しながら3日間保温し、粒子を濾過してモル比が3倍のギ酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて130oCで3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるすべてのランタンイオンと一部の鉄イオンはギ酸溶液により溶出され、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた暗赤色の中間生成物は酸化鉄粒子である。得られた粒子をアルゴン雰囲気中、600℃で4時間か焼する。三酸化鉄材料Fe2O3-zが得られる。
高温固相反応法で合成されたSrTiO3をモル比が5倍の塩酸エタノール溶液に加え、60℃で攪拌しながら3日間保温し、粒子を濾過してモル比が5倍の硝酸エタノール溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて120℃で3日間反応させ、粒子を濾過し、最後に、モル比が5倍の硝酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて150℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるすべてのストロンチウムイオンは酸性溶液により溶出され、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた白色の中間生成物はルチル相チタン酸化物粒子である。得られた粒子をアルゴン中、700℃で4時間か焼する。二酸化チタン材料TiO2-zが得られる。
高温固相反応法で合成されたK2Ti8O17をモル比が5倍のギ酸水溶液に加え、60℃で攪拌しながら3日間保温し、粒子を濾過してモル比が5倍のギ酸水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて130℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるカリウムイオンは酸性溶液により溶出され、反応終了後、減圧し濾過しその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた白色の中間生成物はアナターゼチタン酸化物粒子である。得られた粒子をアルゴン中、500℃で4時間か焼する。二酸化チタン材料TiO2-zが得られる。
本実施例8では、実施例1で得られた直方五酸化ニオブ材料を使用してリチウムイオン電池を製造し、電気化学性能試験を実施する。
本実施例9では、実施例2で得られた単斜晶相五酸化ニオブ材料を使用してリチウムイオン電池を製造し、電気化学性能試験を実施する。
実施例10では、実施例7で得られた二酸化チタン材料を使用してリチウムイオン電池を製造し、電気化学性能試験を実施する。
ゾルゲル法で合成されたLiNbO3前駆体をモル比が10倍のFeCl3、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に加え、90℃で攪拌しながら2日間保温する。粒子1を濾過して、上記のモル比が10倍のFeCl3(1.6mol/L)、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて130℃で3日間反応させる。粒子2を濾過し、最後に、モル比が10倍のFeCl3、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて160℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料における全てのリチウムイオンと一部のニオブイオンは塩酸溶液により溶出され、塩酸溶液における水素イオンは結晶構造に取り込まれ、溶液における鉄イオンは析出し結晶の表面及び孔穴の中に堆積し、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られる黄色の中間生成物は鉄酸化物担持ニオブ酸粒子Fe@HNbO3である。得られたニオブ酸粒子をアルゴン雰囲気下、700℃で4時間か焼し、黒色の鉄酸化物(鉄は主に3価であり、Fe原子総量の約1%-5%を占める少量のFeは2価に還元される)担持単斜晶相五酸化ニオブ材料、即ち鉄酸化物@Nb2O5-zが得られ、zはz=0.375である。鉄酸化物@Nb2O5-zにおけるFeの原子比率は10at%である。得られた鉄酸化物@Nb2O5-zの比表面積は約61.2m2/gである。図17のbを参照すると、FeCl3の濃度はそれぞれ0.16mol/L、0.5mol/L、0.8mol/Lである場合、得られた鉄酸化物@Nb2O5-zにおけるFeの原子比率はそれぞれ0.1at%、2.7at%及び4.1at%である。且つ、FeCl3の濃度が高くなると、そのFe原子比率は次第に増加し、得られたリチウムイオン電池の容量は次第に大きくなり、図17のaを参照する。本実施例11で得られた鉄酸化物@Nb2O5-zの性能データについて、特に断りのない限り、一般的に、Fe原子比率が10at%の鉄酸化物をベースとする@Nb2O5-z生成物。
ゾルゲル法で合成されたLiNbO3をモル比が5倍のCr3+、モル比が3倍の塩酸が溶解している水溶液に加え、80℃で攪拌しながら2日間保温する。粒子1を濾過して、モル比が5倍のCr3+(0.8mol/L)、モル比が3倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて110℃で3日間反応させる。粒子2を濾過し、最後に、上記のモル比が5倍のCr3+、モル比が3倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて150℃で5日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるすべてのリチウムイオンと一部のニオブイオンは溶液により溶出され、溶液における水素イオンは結晶構造に取り込まれ、溶液におけるクロムイオンは析出し酸化物粒子に堆積し、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた緑色の中間生成物はクロム担持ニオブ酸粒子Cr@HNbO3である。製造されたニオブ酸粒子をアルゴン雰囲気下、800℃で4時間か焼する。得られたクロム酸化物(Cr2O3)担持単斜晶相五酸化ニオブ材料、即ちCr酸化物@Nb2O5-zが得られ、そのうち、zはz=0.45である。Cr酸化物@Nb2O5-zにおけるCrの原子比率は4.8at%である。得られたCr酸化物@Nb2O5-zの比表面積は約42.5m2/gである。
ゾルゲル法で合成されたSrMoO4をモル比が5倍のFe3+、モル比が1倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に加え、80℃で攪拌しながら2日間保温する。粒子を濾過して、上記のモル比が5倍のFe3+(0.5mol/L)、モル比が1倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて110℃で3日間反応させる。粒子を濾過し、最後に、上記のモル比が5倍のFe3+、モル比が1倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて200℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるすべてのストロンチウムイオンと一部のモリブデンイオンは塩酸溶液により溶出され、溶液における鉄イオンは析出し酸化物粒子に堆積し、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた黄色の中間生成物は無定形構造のモリブデン酸化物粒子である。製造された粒子を真空中、600℃で4時間か焼する。鉄酸化物(Feは主に3価であり、約1-5%の少量のFeは2価に還元される)@MoO3-zが得られる。鉄酸化物@MoO3-zにおけるFeの原子比率は7.1at%である。得られた鉄酸化物@MoO3-zの比表面積は約48.2m2/gである。
高温固相反応法で合成されたK2TiO3をモル比が5倍のFe3+、モル比が1倍のHNO3が溶解している水溶液に加え、90℃で攪拌しながら3日間保温する。粒子1を濾過して、上記のモル比が5倍のFe3+(0.7mol/L)、モル比が1倍のHNO3が溶解している水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて140℃で3日間反応させる。粒子2を濾過し、最後に、上記のモル比が5倍のFe3+、モル比が1倍のHNO3が溶解している水溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて200℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるすべてのカリウムイオンと一部のチタンイオンは硝酸溶液により溶出され、溶液における鉄イオンは析出し酸化物粒子に堆積し、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた黄色の中間生成物は無定形構造のチタン酸化物粒子である。製造された粒子を真空中、600℃で4時間か焼する。鉄酸化物(Fは主に3価であり、約1-5%の少量のFeは2価に還元される)担持二酸化チタン材料、即ち鉄酸化物@TiO2-zが得られる。鉄酸化物@TiO2-zにおけるFeの原子比率は3.2at%。得られた鉄酸化物@TiO2-zの比表面積は約80.5m2/gである。
高温固相反応法で合成されたSrTiO3をモル比が5倍のCoCl2、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解しているエタノール溶液に加え、60℃で攪拌しながら3日間保温する。粒子1を濾過して、上記のモル比が5倍のCoCl2(0.6mol/L)、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解しているエタノール溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて120℃で3日間反応させる。粒子2を濾過し、最後に、上記のモル比が5倍のモル比CoCl2、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解しているエタノール溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて150℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるストロンチウムイオンは溶液により溶出され、溶液におけるコバルトイオンは析出し酸化物粒子に堆積し、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られたピンク色の中間生成物はルチル相チタン酸化物粒子である。製造された粒子をアルゴン中、700℃で4時間か焼すする。コバルト酸化物担持二酸化チタン材料、即ちCo酸化物@TiO2-zが得られ、zはz=0.61である。Co酸化物@TiO2-zにおけるCoの原子比率は2.8at%である。得られたCo酸化物@TiO2-zの比表面積は約46.7m2/gである。
高温固相反応法で合成されたK2Ti8O17をモル比が2倍のNiCl2、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解しているエタノール溶液に加え、60℃で攪拌しながら3日間保温する。粒子1を濾過して、モル比が5倍のNiCl2(0.16mol/L)、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解しているエタノール溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて130℃で3日間反応させる。濾過して粒子2が得られる。最後に、粒子2を上記のモル比が5倍のNiCl2、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解しているエタノール溶液に再度加え、混合体系を高温高圧反応容器に入れて180℃で3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。反応中、原料におけるカリウムイオンは溶液に溶出され、溶液におけるニッケルイオンは析出し酸化物粒子に堆積し、反応終了後、減圧し濾過してその中の沈殿物を分離し、得られた緑色の中間生成物はアナターゼチタン酸化物粒子である。製造された固体粒子をアルゴン中、500℃で4時間か焼する。Ni酸化物@TiO2-zが得られ、zはz=0.52である。Ni酸化物(NiO)@TiO2-zにおけるNiの原子比率は4at%である。得られたNi酸化物@TiO2-zの比表面積は約80.7m2/gである。
本実施例17では、実施例11で製造された鉄担持五酸化ニオブ材料を使用してリチウムイオン電池を製造し、電気化学性能試験を実施する。
本実施例18では、実施例12で製造されたクロム酸化物担持五酸化ニオブ材料を使用してリチウムイオン電池を製造し、電気化学性能試験を実施する。
本比較例1では、ゾルゲル法で合成されたLiNbO3前駆体をモル比が10倍のFeCl3(1.6mol/L)、モル比が2倍のHClが溶解している水溶液に加え、攪拌しながら90℃で2日間保温し、そして、高温高圧反応容器に入れて130℃で3日間反応させ、160℃まで昇温させて3日間反応させると、中間生成物が得られる。この時、中間生成物には実施例11に示される多孔質単結晶構造、サイズが約30~50nmの単斜晶相五酸化ニオブが含まれず、規則正しい六角形の形態を持つ直方五酸化ニオブが生成され、形態は図17に示されている。これは、特殊な反応機構によるものである。具体的に、実施例11では、3段階の溶液反応の開始時に高濃度の溶液に加え、高い酸濃度により、前駆体におけるLiイオンが3段階反応において結晶表面層から内部まで連速的に溶出されることを確保し、最後に多孔質単結晶の構造が得られる。比較例1では、最初の溶液反応の開始時のみに高濃度の溶液に加え、溶液の酸性度は反応時間とともに低下し、前駆体におけるLiの連続溶出を妨げ、最終的に第3段階の高温反応時にLi溶出の反応動力学は好ましくなく、前駆体の溶解―再結晶プロセスとなる。形態が大きく変化しサイズが百倍以上(約10μm)大きくなる直方五酸化ニオブ結晶が形成され、多孔質構造がなく、鉄イオンがその表面に堆積する。最後に、製造された固体粒子をアルゴン雰囲気下、700℃で4時間か焼し、黄色の鉄酸化物担持直方五酸化ニオブ材料、即ち鉄酸化物@Nb2O5(酸素欠乏酸化ニオブでない)が得られ、比表面積が15.1m2/gである。各工程の反応が終了した後、新たなAイオンを含有する酸性溶液に再度加えないため、得られた材料は、溶解―再結晶プロセスによる生成物であり、孔穴がなく規則正しい形態を持つ五酸化ニオブ結晶であり、鉄酸化物は孔穴内でなくその表面に単純に担持され、性能に劣り、図19に示されている。本比較例1のリチウムイオン電池の製造プロセスについて実施例17を参照する。
Claims (10)
- 多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料であって、少なくとも階層的多孔質構造を持つ主体金属酸化物を含み、そのうち、前記主体金属酸化物は、原子結晶格子が秩序正しく配列している単結晶、準結晶、又は双晶構造であり、結晶内に酸素空孔欠陥が多くあり、一般的な構造式がMxOy-zであり、そのうちMがニオブ、モリブデン、チタン、バナジウム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、亜鉛、タングステン、タンタル、及びジルコニウムのうち1つ又は複数の組合せから選択されるものであり、且つxが1≦x≦2であり、yが1≦y≦5であり、zが0.1≦z≦0.9である、多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料。
- 前記階層的多孔質構造は、細孔径が2nm未満のマイクロ孔と細孔径分布が2-50nmのメソ細孔により構成される、請求項1に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料。
- 前記主体金属酸化物は、単結晶、準結晶又は双晶構造であり、5組以下の電子回折斑点を有し、明らかな電子回折環がない、請求項1に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料。
- Mの前記主体金属酸化物での原子価は二つ以上がある、請求項1に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料。
- 前記金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料は、前記主体金属酸化物の階層的多孔質構造内及び表面に領域限定で堆積するヘテロ金属酸化物AeOfを更に含み、そのうち、Aは鉄、ニッケル、コバルト、マンガン、クロム、亜鉛、スズのうち少なくとも一つから選択されるものであり、eは1≦e≦3であり、fは1≦f≦4である、請求項1に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料。
- 主体金属酸化物の金属元素Mとヘテロ金属酸化物の金属元素Aとの総量に対する前記ヘテロ金属酸化物の金属元素Aの原子比率は0.1-20at%である、請求項5に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料。
- 前記多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料はサイズが10nm-50μmである、請求項6に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料。
- (1)高温固相反応法、ゾルゲル法、水熱合成法、又は共沈法を利用して多成分系金属酸化物BaMbOc前駆体を製造し、Bはアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、ランタン、アルミニウムのうち少なくとも一つであり、aは1≦a≦2であり、bは1≦b≦8であり、cは3≦c≦17である工程と、
(2)工程(1)で得られた多成分系金属酸化物BaMbOcを酸性溶液と混合させ、多段法を利用してエッチング反応を行うことでB元素を除去して、固体が得られる工程と、
(3)工程(2)で得られた固体を不活性雰囲気又は真空中に高温でアニールして、前記多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料が得られる工程と、を含む請求項1に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料の製造方法。 - (1)高温固相反応法、ゾルゲル法、水熱合成法、又は共沈法を利用して多成分系金属酸化物BaMbOc前駆体を製造する工程と、
(2)得られた多成分系金属酸化物前駆体BaMbOcをA金属イオンを含有する酸性溶液に加え混合させて、混合溶液が得られ、そのうち、B元素はアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、ランタン、アルミニウムのうち少なくとも一つであり、aは1≦a≦2であり、bは1≦b≦8、であり、cは3≦c≦17である工程と、
(3)得られた混合溶液を常圧、50-90℃で1時間~7日間を保温し、濾過して粒子1が得られる工程と、
(4)得られた粒子1をAイオンを含有する酸性溶液に加え混合させ、そして反応装置に入れて100-140℃で1時間~7日間保温し、濾過して粒子2が得られる工程と、
(5)得られた粒子2をAイオンを含有する酸性溶液に加え混合させ、そして反応装置に入れて150-220℃で1時間~7日間保温し、濾過して中間生成物が得られる工程と、
(6)得られた中間生成物を保護雰囲気中、400-1000℃で1~24時間か焼し、前記多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料が得られる工程と、を含む請求項5に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の多孔質金属酸化物ベースの電気化学エネルギー貯蔵材料の電気化学エネルギー貯蔵装置電極材料としての用途。
