Claims (1)
- ボルトの正規ねじ部にねじ山の潰し部を形成したボルトであって、
ねじ山の潰し部の潰し量を、前記正規ねじ部のねじ山高さの7~22.5%とし、
ねじ山の頂部を押し潰すことによってその両側に生ずる膨らみの大きさを、めねじの谷との間に形成される軸線方向の隙間の幅よりも小さくして、ボルトをめねじに捩じ込むときに、遊び側フランク面の膨らみだけがめねじのフランク面に接触する大きさとし、
前記ねじ山の潰し部は頭部から見て正規ねじ部のねじ山とは反対回りに軸先端部へ進む螺旋形状となるように、正規ねじ部の全域半周もしくは部分的半周に、1条のみ形成されていることを特徴とするボルト。
