Description
紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物Z-735-3L(アイカ工業製、(メタ)アクリル樹脂、溶剤(MEK,EtAc)、固形分濃度50質量%)を、固形分濃度37質量%となるようにプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル(PGM)を加え、ハードコート層形成用組成物1を調製した。
紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物Z-607-5HL(アイカ工業製、(メタ)アクリル樹脂、溶剤(MEK,酢酸ブチル,プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル)、固形分濃度40質量%)を、固形分濃度25質量%となるようにプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル(PGM)を加え、ハードコート層形成用組成物2を調製した。
基材フィルム(東洋紡製PETフィルム、「コスモシャインSRF」、厚み80μm)に#10のワイヤーバーを用いてハードコート層形成用組成物1を塗布し、80℃×60秒で乾燥後、無電極(マイクロ波方式)ランプを用いて光量80mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射してハードコート層A(厚み4.3μm)を形成した。
基材フィルム(エスカーボシート製、PMMAとPCの二層からなる複合フィルム、「テクノロイC003」、厚み200μm)のPMMA層上に、#12のワイヤーバーを用いてハードコート層形成用組成物2を塗布し、110℃×60秒で乾燥後、160W高圧水銀ランプを用いて光量200mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射してハードコート層B(厚み3.5μm)を形成した。
表1に記載の配合組成(全固形分中の質量%)で各成分を配合し、溶剤を用いて固形分濃度3質量%に調整することにより、第一樹脂層形成用組成物を調製した。
ハードコート層の面上に、第一樹脂層形成用樹脂組成物を、#5のワイヤーバーを用いて塗布し、80℃×60秒で乾燥後、窒素雰囲気下、無電極(マイクロ波方式)ランプを用いて光量80mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射して第一樹脂層(厚み0.1μm)を形成した。以上により、反射防止フィルムを作製した。
・バインダー樹脂:多官能アクリレート(ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート)
・光重合開始剤:BASFジャパン製「IRGACURE127」
・大径粒子(中実シリカ粒子):平均粒子径100nm
・中空シリカ粒子:日揮触媒化成工業製「スルーリア4320」、平均粒子径60nm
・ポリシロキサン:アイカ工業製「レベリング剤F」、エーテル変性ポリシロキサン
・含フッ素化合物:パーフルオロアルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレート(信越化学製「KY-1203」の含フッ素化合物)
静動摩擦測定機(トリニティーラボ製「トライボマスターTL201Ts」)を用いて、第一樹脂層の表面と触覚接触子との摩擦力から第一樹脂層の表面の静摩擦係数μsおよび動摩擦係数μkを得た。測定条件は、荷重50g重、速度10mm/s、距離30mmとした。
三菱ケミカルシステム製「非接触表面・層断面形状計測システムVertScan2.0(型式:R5300GL-L-A100-AC)」を用い、第一樹脂層の表面の算術平均粗さRaを測定した。
日本電色工業製「Haze Meter NDH7000」を用い、JIS-K7136の方法で、反射防止フィルム全体のヘイズを測定した。
作製した反射防止フィルムの裏面(第一樹脂層とは反対側の面)を#400のサンドペーパーで荒らし、黒色塗料で塗りつぶし、紫外可視近赤外分光光度計(島津製作所社製「UV-3600」)を用いて、第一樹脂層の表面の5°正反射率を測定し、この測定値に比視感度値を乗じて視感度反射率を算出した。
ハードコート層、第一樹脂層の各厚みは、フィルメトリクス製「Filmetrics F20 膜厚測定システム」を用い、分光干渉法により測定した。

- タッチパネルのディスプレイ表面に配置されるタッチパネル用の反射防止フィルムであって、
基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの面上に形成された第一樹脂層と、を有し、
前記第一樹脂層が、前記第一樹脂層の表面に凸部を形成する大径粒子と、前記大径粒子よりも平均粒子径の小さい中空シリカ粒子と、バインダー樹脂と、ポリシロキサンと、を含み、
前記大径粒子の含有量が、前記第一樹脂層の全量基準で、1.9~2.3質量%の範囲内であり、
前記中空シリカ粒子の含有量が、前記第一樹脂層の全量基準で、30~70質量%の範囲内であり、
前記大径粒子は、中実粒子であり、平均粒子径が前記第一樹脂層の平均厚み以上であり、
前記大径粒子によって前記第一樹脂層の表面に凸部が形成されており、
前記第一樹脂層は、前記反射防止フィルム全体としての表面に露出しているか、前記反射防止フィルムに対する加工後に前記第一樹脂層の表面から剥がされる粘着剤層および保護フィルムに覆われており、
前記第一の樹脂層の表面における動摩擦係数が0.7以下、静止摩擦係数が1.2以下であり、
前記反射防止フィルムにおけるヘイズが0.9以上2.3以下であることを特徴とする反射防止フィルム。 - 前記大径粒子は、無機酸化物粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記中空シリカ粒子の平均粒子径が前記第一樹脂層の平均厚み未満であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記ポリシロキサンの含有量が、前記第一樹脂層の全量基準で、0.05~25質量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルムと前記第一樹脂層の間に、さらにハードコート層を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記第一樹脂層の面上に、前記粘着剤層を介して前記保護フィルムを有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルムの前記第一樹脂層とは反対の面上に透明粘着層を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記大径粒子の形状は、球状であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- タッチパネルのディスプレイ表面に配置されるタッチパネル用の反射防止フィルムの製造方法であって、
基材フィルムの面上に第一樹脂層を形成する工程を有し、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルムを製造することを特徴とする反射防止フィルムの製造方法。
