Claims (7)
- 内部に空間を有する繊維シートと、
前記繊維シートの前記空間に担持されたシリカキセロゲルと、
を備えた断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、厚領域と、前記厚領域より薄い低圧縮領域とを有し、
前記低圧縮領域に0.7MPaの圧力を加えたときの前記低圧縮領域の圧縮率が5%以下であり、
前記厚領域に0.7MPaの圧力を加えたときの前記厚領域の圧縮率が10%以上30%以下である、断熱シート。 - 内部に空間を有する繊維シートと、
前記繊維シートの前記空間に担持されたシリカキセロゲルと、
を備えた断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、厚領域と、前記厚領域より薄い低圧縮領域とを有し、
前記低圧縮領域に0.7MPaの圧力を加えたときの前記低圧縮領域の圧縮率が5%以下であり、
前記低圧縮領域は前記断熱シートの中央部分に設けられている、断熱シート。 - 前記低圧縮領域は前記断熱シートの周辺部分と前記中央部分とに設けられている、請求項2に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記低圧縮領域の前記繊維シートに占める面積の割合は5%以上で30%以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の断熱シート。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の断熱シートと、
前記断熱シートに当接するセパレータと、
を備え、
前記断熱シートは前記低圧縮領域で形成された凹部を有し、
前記セパレータは前記断熱シートの前記凹部内に位置する突出部を有する、断熱体。 - 内部に空間を有する繊維シートと、前記繊維シートの前記空間に担持されたシリカキセロゲルとを備えた断熱シートと、
前記断熱シートに当接するセパレータと、
を備え、
前記断熱シートは、厚領域と、前記厚領域より薄い低圧縮領域とを有し、
前記低圧縮領域に0.7MPaの圧力を加えたときの前記低圧縮領域の圧縮率が5%以下であり、
前記断熱シートは前記低圧縮領域で形成された凹部を有し、
前記セパレータは前記断熱シートの前記凹部内に位置する突出部を有する、断熱体。 - 内部に空間を有する繊維シートを準備するステップと、
前記繊維シートをゾル溶液に浸漬し、前記繊維シートの空間にキセロゲルを含浸させて断熱シートを得るステップと、
前記断熱シートの一部に所定の圧力を加えて圧縮することにより、0.7MPaの圧力を加えたときの圧縮率が5%以下である低圧縮領域と、前記低圧縮領域より厚く0.7MPaの圧力を加えたときの圧縮率が10%以上30%以下である厚領域とを形成するステップと、
を含む、断熱シートの製造方法。
