- 表示領域と非表示領域とを含む基板;
前記基板上に配置される平坦化膜;
前記平坦化膜上に配置され、前記非表示領域内において複数の第1ホールを含むアノード電極;
前記アノード電極上に配置されるバンク;
前記バンク上に配置されるカソード電極;
前記カソード電極上に配置される封止膜;及び
前記封止膜上に配置されるタッチセンサーであって、前記非表示領域内においてタッチ配線を含むタッチセンサー
を含み、
前記第1ホールは、前記タッチ配線と重ならないように配置されている、表示装置。 - 前記アノード電極は、前記非表示領域内において、前記第1ホールよりもサイズの小さい第2ホールを含み、
前記第2ホールは、前記タッチ配線と重なるように配置されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記タッチ配線は、複数個のタッチ信号ラインを含み、前記第1ホールは、前記複数個のタッチ信号ラインの間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記非表示領域内において前記平坦化膜の下に配置されたゲート信号発生回路をさらに含み、
前記カソード電極及び前記アノード電極は、前記ゲート信号発生回路と重なるように配置されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1ホールは、前記ゲート信号発生回路と重なるように配置されている、請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記封止膜は、
第1無機膜;
第2無機膜;及び
前記第1無機膜と前記第2無機膜との間に配置される有機膜を含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1ホールは、前記平坦化膜と前記バンクとが互いに接触する領域に配置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 表示領域と非表示領域とを含む基板上に、平坦化膜を配置すること;
前記非表示領域内において、前記平坦化膜上に、第1ホールを含むアノード電極を配置すること;
前記アノード電極上にバンクが配置されること;
前記バンク上にカソード電極を配置すること;
前記カソード電極上に封止膜を配置すること;及び
前記封止膜上に、前記非表示領域内においてタッチ配線を含むタッチセンサーを配置することを含み、
前記第1ホールは前記タッチ配線と重ならないように配置される、表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記アノード電極は、前記非表示領域内において、前記第1ホールよりもサイズの小さい複数の第2ホールを含み、
前記第2ホールは、前記タッチ配線と重なるように配置される、請求項8に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記タッチ配線は、複数個のタッチ信号ラインを含み、前記第1ホールは、前記複数個のタッチ信号ラインの間に配置される、請求項8に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記平坦化膜を配置する前に、前記基板の前記非表示領域内において、ゲート信号発生回路を配置することをさらに含み、
前記カソード電極及び前記アノード電極は、前記ゲート信号発生回路と重なるように配置される、請求項8に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1ホールは、前記ゲート信号発生回路と重なるように配置される、請求項11に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記封止膜は、
第1無機膜;
第2無機膜;及び
前記第1無機膜と前記第2無機膜との間に配置される有機膜を含む、請求項8に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1ホールは、前記平坦化膜と前記バンクとが互いに接触する領域に配置される、請求項8に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
