Claims (12)
- 表示装置の第1領域の一部に配置される第1駆動電極と、
前記表示装置の第2領域の一部に配置され、前記第1駆動電極と連結される第2駆動電極と、
前記第1領域と隣接した前記表示装置の第3領域の一部に配置される第3駆動電極と、
前記第2領域と隣接した前記表示装置の第4領域の一部に配置され、前記第3駆動電極と連結される第4駆動電極と、
前記第1領域の他の一部及び前記第3領域の他の一部に配置され、前記第1駆動電極及び前記第3駆動電極に対応する第1センシング電極と、
前記第2領域の他の一部及び前記第4領域の他の一部に配置され、前記第2駆動電極及び前記第4駆動電極に対応する第2センシング電極と、
前記第1及び第3センシング電極からの第1センシング信号と、前記第2及び第4センシング電極からの第2センシング信号とを受信するタッチドライバICと、
を含む、有機発光表示装置であって、
前記第2領域は前記第1領域よりも前記タッチドライバICに近く、
前記第1センシング電極の幅よりも前記第2センシング電極の幅が狭く、
第1センシングラインが、前記タッチドライバICと向かい合う前記第1センシング電極の表面に接続され、第2センシングラインが、前記タッチドライバICと向かい合う前記第2センシング電極の表面に接続される、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1駆動電極及び前記第1センシング電極のうちの少なくとも1つの電極は、複数の開口部が形成される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記開口部の下部にはカラーフィルタが配置される、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記開口部の内に発光面が配置され、前記発光面は前記少なくとも1つの電極と水平方向に所定の間隔を有して配置され、前記所定の間隔は前記少なくとも1つの電極の厚さと前記発光面の上面から前記少なくとも1つの電極の下面までの距離の和に対応する、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1駆動電極及び前記第1センシング電極のうちの少なくとも1つの電極は、複数の開口部が形成され、前記開口部をカラーフィルタが覆う、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1駆動電極と前記第1センシング電極は第1膜と第2膜との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 表示装置と、
前記表示装置上に配置され、第1駆動信号により駆動される第1駆動電極及び第2駆動電極を含む駆動電極と、
前記表示装置上に配置され、前記第1駆動電極に対応し、前記第1駆動信号に対応して第1センシング信号を出力する第1センシング電極と、前記第2駆動電極に対応し、前記第1駆動信号に対応して第2センシング信号を出力する第2センシング電極を含むセンシング電極と、
前記駆動電極に第1駆動信号を伝達し、前記センシング電極から前記第1センシング信号及び前記第2センシング信号を受信するタッチドライバICを含む、有機発光表示装置であって、
前記第2センシング電極は前記第1センシング電極よりも前記タッチドライバICに近く、
前記第1センシング電極の幅よりも前記第2センシング電極の幅が狭く、
第1センシングラインが、前記タッチドライバICと向かい合う前記第1センシング電極の表面に接続され、第2センシングラインが、前記タッチドライバICと向かい合う前記第2センシング電極の表面に接続され、
前記駆動電極は第2駆動信号により駆動され、前記第1駆動電極に隣接した第3駆動電極と前記第2駆動電極に隣接した第4駆動電極をさらに含み、前記第1センシング電極は前記第2駆動信号に対応して第3センシング信号を出力し、前記第2センシング電極は前記第2駆動信号に対応して第4センシング信号を出力する、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1駆動電極及び前記第1センシング電極のうちの少なくとも1つの電極は、複数の開口部が形成される、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記開口部の下部にはカラーフィルタが配置される、請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記開口部内に発光面が配置され、前記発光面は前記少なくとも1つの電極と水平方向に所定の間隔を有して配置され、前記所定の間隔は前記少なくとも1つの電極の厚さと前記発光面の上面から前記少なくとも1つの電極の下面までの距離の和に対応する、請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1駆動電極及び前記第1センシング電極のうちの少なくとも1つの電極は、複数の開口部が形成され、前記開口部をカラーフィルタが覆う、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1駆動電極と前記第1センシング電極は第1膜と第2膜との間に配置される、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
