Description
アクチュエータは、車両のシフトバイワイヤシステムの駆動部として用いられている。
先ず、シフトバイワイヤシステムの構成について図1および図2を参照して説明する。図1に示すように、シフトバイワイヤシステム11は、変速機12のシフトレンジを指令するシフト操作装置13と、変速機12のシフトレンジ切替機構14を作動させるアクチュエータ10とを備える。アクチュエータ10は、モータ30等を含む作動部15と、シフトレンジの指令信号に応じてモータ30を制御する制御部16とを備える。
次に、アクチュエータ10の構成について説明する。図3に示すように、アクチュエータ10は、ハウジング19内に作動部15および制御部16を備える機電一体型のアクチュエータである。
次に、制御部16と図示しない外部機器との接続箇所の構成について説明する。以降、制御基板71と平行な方向を「基板平面方向」と記載する。
以上説明したように、第1実施形態では、アッパーケース部61は、モータ30を収容する収容部94と外部接続用のコネクタ部95とを一体にもつ樹脂成形体91と、樹脂成形体91に埋設され、制御部16を外部に接続可能な複数の外部接続ターミナル92とを有する。外部接続ターミナル92は、制御基板71の設置空間96に基板平面方向へ突き出している基部97と、基部97から制御基板71に向けて屈曲しているベンド部98と、ベンド部98から制御基板71まで延びている先端部99とを有する。
第2実施形態では、図8に示すように、外部接続ターミナル112は、第1実施形態のベンド部98と同様の第1ベンド部98に加えて、基部97に設けられた第2ベンド部118をさらに有する。このように第2ベンド部118を設けることで、第1実施形態の外部接続ターミナル92に対してさらに外部接続ターミナル112の剛性を下げることができ、応力緩和に関して有利な構造になっている。
他の実施形態では、第2ベンド部は先端部に設けられてもよい。他の実施形態では、制御基板は、熱かしめに限らず、ねじ締結、接着、圧入、プレスフィット等の他の固定方法で固定されてもよい。また、制御基板は、ケースに限らず、ハウジングの他の部位であるプレートカバーに固定されてもよい。

- 車両のシフトバイワイヤシステム(11)に用いられる回転式アクチュエータ(10)であって、
モータ(30)と、
前記モータを制御する制御部(16)と、
前記モータおよび前記制御部を収容しているケース(60)と、
を備え、
前記ケースは、前記モータを収容する収容部(94)と外部接続用のコネクタ部(95)とを一体にもつ樹脂成形体(91)と、前記樹脂成形体に埋設され、前記制御部を外部に接続する複数の外部接続ターミナル(92、112)とを有し、
前記制御部の基板(71)と平行な方向を基板平面方向とすると、
前記外部接続ターミナルは、前記基板の設置空間(96)に前記基板平面方向へ突き出している基部(97)と、前記基部から前記基板に向けて屈曲しているベンド部(98)と、前記ベンド部から前記基板まで延びている先端部(99)とを有し、
前記ケースは、複数の前記外部接続ターミナルを一体化している一次成形体(93)と、二次成形体としての前記樹脂成形体と前記基部および前記ベンド部との間に配置され、前記基部および前記ベンド部との間に応力緩和空間(102)を設けている遮蔽部材(101)と、をさらに有する回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記遮蔽部材は、前記基部および前記ベンド部に対して前記基板とは反対側に配置された背壁部(103)と、前記基部および前記ベンド部とを囲むように配置された周壁部(104)とを有する請求項1に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。
- 前記ベンド部は第1ベンド部であり、
前記外部接続ターミナル(112)は、前記基部または前記先端部に設けられた第2ベンド部(118)をさらに有する請求項1または2に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。
