- 第1の媒体と第2の媒体との間の熱交換のための熱交換器(100,200,300,400,500,600)であって、
前記第1の媒体用の主入口(101,201,301,401,501,601)と、
前記第1の媒体用の主出口(102,202,302,402,502,602)と、
複数の熱交換プレート(110,210,310)と、を備え、
前記プレート(110,210,310)は、主面(P)の広がり方向および前記主面(P)に対して垂直な高さ方向(H)に関連付けされ、
前記プレート(110,210,310)の第1の側(113,213,313)に沿って流れる前記第1の媒体に接するように配置された、前記第1の側(113,213,313)の第1伝熱面(114,214,314)と、
前記プレート(110,210,310)の第2の側(115,215,315)に沿って流れる前記第2の媒体に接するように配置された、前記第2の側(115,215,315)の第2伝熱面(116,216,316)と、
前記プレート(110,210,310)の材料にて形成され、前記プレート(110,210,310)において前記プレートの高さ方向(H)に局所的に膨らむ複数の陥凹部(120,130,140,220,230,240,320,330,340)と、を備え、
前記プレート(110,210,310)は、
熱交換器の熱プレート積層を形成するように、それぞれの前記主面(P)を互いに平行に配置して積み重ねられ、
前記積層における隣接したプレートの対応する峰形の陥凹部とともに、全体的な流れ方向を有する前記第1の媒体用の少なくとも1つの閉じた流路(105’,105”,205’,305’,305”)を形成するように配置された峰形の陥凹部(120,220,320)を備え、
前記閉じた流路(105’,105”,205’,305’,305”)は、前記高さ方向(H)で見た場合に、床(105a,205a,305a)および天井(105b,205b,305c)を備え、
前記床(105a,205a,305a)と前記天井(105b,205b,305b)とがいずれも同一の前記高さ方向(H)にオフセットされていることにより、前記閉じた流路(105’,105”,205’,305’,305”)は、前記全体的な流れ方向に沿った前記高さ方向(H)に段(105c,205c,305c)を備え、
前記プレートが付加的に備える複数の橋梁形の陥凹部(130,230,330)は、前記プレートを通過するそれぞれの貫通穴(132a,132b,232a,232b,332a,332b)を備えるように形成され、前記積層における隣接したプレートの対応する橋梁形の陥凹部(130,230,330)とともに前記第2の媒体用の開放した流路(106,206,306)を形成するように配置され、
前記プレート(110,210,310)は、交互に配置された第1タイプのプレート(104a,204a,304a)および第2タイプのプレート(104b,104b,304b)を備える積層において相互に固定され、それによって、隣接したプレートそれぞれの陥凹部(120,130,140,220,230,240,320,330,340)が互いに直接接触して配置され、その結果、隣接したプレートの対応する第1表面(114,214,314)と第2表面(116,216,316)とのうち少なくとも1つが、前記陥凹部(120,130,140,220,230,240,320,330,340)を介して互いに接している、

請求項2に記載の熱交換器(100,200,300,400,500,600)。 - 前記第1の媒体の閉じた流路(105’,105”,205’,305’,305”)の前記高さ方向(H)の段(105c,205c,305c)が形成する、前記主面(P)に対して行ったり来たりする流路の形状が、前記主面(P)に対して垂直な、少なくとも5つの反対方向の段(105c、205c、305c)を備え、前記第1の媒体のプレート入口(111,211,311)と前記第2の媒体のプレート出口(112,212,312)との間の流れ経路のほぼ全体をカバーする、
請求項2または3に記載の熱交換器(100,200,300,400,500,600)。 - 前記橋梁形の陥凹部(130,230,330)のそれぞれにつき、前記開放した流路(106,206,306)は、前記積層における他の対のプレート間の対応する開放した流路と連通するように配置されている、

請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(100,200,300,400,500,600)。 - 前記橋梁形の陥凹部(130,230,330)は、第2の媒体に、前記主面(P)に沿った局所的な全体的な流れ方向(D)を与えるように配置され、結果として、前記主面(P)は、前記第2の媒体が前記閉じた流路(105’,105”,205’,305’,305”)を通り越して流れるように配置されている、

請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(100,200,300,400,500,600)。 - 前記第1のプレートの第1伝熱面(114,214,314)の陥凹部のない部分は、対応する前記第2のプレートの第1伝熱面(114,214,314)の陥凹部のない部分と隣接することにより、前記第1タイプの各プレート(104a,204a,304a)が前記第2タイプの隣接したプレート(104b,204b,304b)とともに固定される、
