前記割当号機決定部により決定された割当指令を該当のエレベータ制御装置へ出力する割当指令出力部と、を備え、
前記エレベータ制御装置は、前記運転制御部に独立運転起動を指示する独立運転起動操作部を備え、
前記運転制御部は、前記独立運転起動操作部が操作された後、当該エレベータ制御装置にて制御されるエレベータが、
前記割当指令出力部から割当指令を受信していない場合は、当該号機を指定階へ移動して戸開待機を実施し、
前記割当指令出力部から既に割当指令を受信していた場合は、割当指令に全て応答した後、当該号機を指定階へ移動して戸開待機を実施する独立運転へ移行し、
