Description

Elevator system and independent operation method of elevator
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present invention relate to an elevator system and an independent operation method of an elevator.
Background
A Destination Control System (DCS) is provided in which a Destination register device is provided in a boarding location. In the DCS, a Hall Destination Controller (HDC) device performs a Destination floor registration, and an elevator to which a car is assigned is displayed on a screen of the Destination floor registration device, thereby notifying a user of the elevator to be used.
Disclosure of Invention
However, in some cases, due to maintenance, adjustment, or the like, it is desirable to set the elevator to which the elevator number has been assigned to an independent operation state separated from the group management control. However, in the conventional DCS, there is a problem that when the assignment is changed, the user cannot be notified of a problem that the elevator assignment of the assigned elevator notified by the boarding location to the floor registration device is changed to another elevator.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator system and an independent operation method of an elevator, which can be switched to an independent operation state without causing confusion of a user even in a state where there is no means for notifying an assignment change in a boarding place to a floor registration system.
An elevator system according to an embodiment includes: an elevator control device which is provided with an operation control part for controlling the operation of the elevator; a group management control device for managing the elevator control device; and a boarding location arrival floor registration device provided at the boarding location. The group management control device includes: an assigned elevator deciding part for deciding an elevator to be taken by a user for the arrival floor registration by the arrival floor registration device at the elevator taking place; and an assignment command output unit that outputs the assignment command determined by the assignment number determining unit to the elevator control device. The elevator control device is provided with an independent operation starting operation part, and the independent operation starting operation part instructs the operation control part to start independent operation. The operation control unit moves the elevator of the elevator to a designated floor to perform a door open standby operation when the elevator controlled by the elevator control device does not receive the assignment command from the assignment command output unit after the independent operation start operation unit is operated, and shifts to an independent operation to move the elevator of the elevator to the designated floor to perform a door open standby operation after responding to all the assignment commands when the elevator controlled by the elevator control device has received the assignment command from the assignment command output unit.
According to the elevator system configured as described above, in the boarding area arrival floor registration system, even in a state where there is no means for notifying the assignment change, it is possible to shift the elevator system to the independent operation state without causing confusion of the user.

Detailed Description
< embodiment 1 >)
Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of an elevator system according to embodiment 1.
The elevator system shown in fig. 1 includes an elevator hall to floor registration device 10, a group management control device 20, and an elevator control device 30.
The boarding area arrival floor registration device 10 is provided in an elevator boarding area, registers the arrival floor of a user, and outputs the registered arrival floor to the group management control device 20. The boarding-place-to-floor registration device 10 has a function of displaying the assigned car assigned from the group management control device 20 and notifying the user.
The group management control device 20 includes an assignment number determination unit 21 and an assignment command output unit 22. The assigned elevator deciding section 21 receives the arrival floor registration from the arrival floor registration device 10 at the elevator boarding location to decide the elevator of the best assigned elevator. The assignment command output unit 22 instructs the elevator control device 30 on the elevator of the assigned elevator determined by the assigned elevator determination unit 21.
The elevator control device 30 includes an operation control unit 31 and an independent operation start operation unit 32. The operation control unit 31 controls the operation of the elevator of the car under jurisdiction based on an instruction from the group management control device 20. In this case, the operation control unit 31 performs the normal operation in the normal operation mode, performs the maintenance inspection operation in the maintenance inspection mode, and performs the control operation when an earthquake occurs or the like. The independent operation start operation unit 32 outputs an independent operation start operation command to the operation control unit 31 when the elevators under the assigned management of the group management control device 20 are separated to perform independent operation.
The independent operation start operation unit 32 includes an operation switch that outputs an independent operation start operation signal to the operation control unit 31, and is operated when the elevator of the elevator controlled by the elevator control device 30 is changed from the group management to the independent operation. The independent operation start operation unit 32 may be additionally installed on-board (on board) in a control board constituting the elevator control device 30.
Next, the procedure of the elevator system according to embodiment 1 will be described based on the flowchart of fig. 2.
When there is an arrival floor registration of the arrival floor registration device 10 at the boarding location, the assigned elevator determination unit 21 performs a process of assigning an elevator to be taken by a user, and determines an elevator to which the assigned elevator is assigned. The assignment command output unit 22 outputs an assignment command for causing the elevator of the elevator determined by the assigned elevator determination unit 21 to respond to the floor registration to the operation control unit 31 of the elevator control device 30. In this way, the elevator of the assigned elevator car is carried by the user from the call floor where the destination floor registration is performed, and then is moved to the destination floor.
When the independent operation start operation unit 32 is operated to instruct the operation control unit 31 to start the independent operation while the normal operation is being performed (yes in step S1), the operation control unit 31 determines whether or not there is an already assigned operation (step S2). If there is an allocation (YES in step S2), an operation is executed to respond to all allocations (step S3). After the operation responding to all the assignments is executed, the operation is separated from the control of the group management control device 20, the operation is switched to the independent operation, and the "pull-back operation to the designated floor" is executed, in which the elevator is moved to the designated floor and is on standby with the door open.
When the allocation command is not received from the allocation command output unit 22 (no in step S2), the operation immediately shifts to the independent operation, and the "pull-back operation to the designated floor" is executed, in which the elevator is moved to the designated floor and is on standby with the door open (step S4).
As described above, according to embodiment 1, in the boarding-place-to-floor registration system including the boarding-place-to-floor registration device 10, even when the assignment of the car number to the user is changed, the user at the boarding place can be switched to the independent operation state without being confused.
< embodiment 2 >
Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing the structure of the elevator system according to embodiment 2.
In embodiment 2, the elevator control device 30 further includes an additional allocation prohibition signal output unit 33 and an independent operation cancellation operation unit 34 in addition to the configuration of embodiment 1.
The additional assignment prohibiting signal output unit 33 outputs an additional assignment prohibiting signal to the assignment number detecting unit 21 of the group management control device 20 when the independent operation starting operation unit 32 is operated.
The independent operation cancellation operation unit 34 is operated when the independent operation is cancelled, and outputs an independent operation cancellation command to the operation control unit 31 and the additional assignment prohibition signal output unit 33.
Next, the procedure of the elevator system according to embodiment 2 will be described based on the flowchart of fig. 4. Note that steps that are the same as those in the flowchart of embodiment 1 shown in fig. 2 are assigned the same step numbers.
When the independent operation start operating unit 32 is operated to instruct the operation control unit 31 to start the independent operation (yes in step S1), the additional assignment prohibition signal output unit 33 outputs an additional assignment prohibition signal output to the assignment number determination unit 21. Thereby, additional allocation to the elevator is prohibited (step S10). In this case, the assigned elevator determining unit 21 removes the elevator controlled by the elevator control device 30 that has output the additional assignment prohibition signal from the target elevator of the assigned elevator, and selects another elevator as the assigned elevator.
Next, the operation control unit 31 determines whether or not there is an assignment (step S2). If there is an allocation (YES in step S2), an operation is executed to respond to all the allocations (step S3). After the operation responding to all the assignments is executed, the operation is separated from the control of the group management control device 20, the operation is switched to the independent operation, and the "pull-back operation to the designated floor" is executed in which the elevator is moved to the designated floor and is on standby with the door open (step S4).
When the allocation command is not received from the allocation command output unit 22 (no in step S2), the operation is immediately switched to the independent operation, and the "pull-back operation to the designated floor" is executed in which the elevator is moved to the designated floor and is on standby with the door open (step S4).
Next, when the independent operation cancellation operation is performed by the independent operation cancellation operation unit 34 in order to cancel the independent operation (yes in step S11), the output of the additional allocation prohibition signal is stopped, and the normal operation state is resumed (step S12).
Thus, according to embodiment 2, the independent operation can be reliably released to return to the normal operation, and a reduction in service to the user can be prevented.
< embodiment 3 >
Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing a configuration of an elevator system according to embodiment 3.
In embodiment 3, in addition to the configuration of embodiment 2, the group management control device 20 further includes an arrival floor registration waiting time management unit 23 and a maintenance operation stop command output unit 24, and the elevator control device 30 further includes a maintenance operation stop unit 35.
The going-to-floor registration waiting time management unit 23 manages the time until the elevator decided by the assigned elevator decision unit 21 completes the response to the installation floor of the boarding-floor registration device 10 for the coming-to-floor registration by the boarding-floor coming-to-floor registration device 10.
When the maintenance operation is changed after the independent operation, and when the time managed by the floor registration waiting time management unit 23 exceeds a predetermined time, the maintenance operation stop command output unit 24 outputs a maintenance operation stop command to the elevator control device 30 that is performing the maintenance operation.
Upon receiving the maintenance operation stop command, the maintenance operation stop unit 35 notifies the inside of the car of the stop of the maintenance operation, and thereafter stops the maintenance operation to shift to the normal operation state.
Next, the procedure of the elevator system according to embodiment 2 will be described based on the flowchart of fig. 6. Note that steps that are the same as those in the flowchart of embodiment 2 shown in fig. 4 are assigned the same step numbers, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
After the shift to the independent operation is made in the process of step S4, it is determined whether or not to shift to another maintenance mode (step S21). When the maintenance mode is changed to the exclusive operation, the inspection operation, or the like (yes in step S21), the maintenance operation is performed (step S22).
When the elevator is not shifted to another maintenance mode (NO in step S21), it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the start of waiting with the door open, in which the pull-back operation to the specified floor is performed and the door open standby is in standby (step S23). For example, when 1 to 2 minutes have elapsed in the door open standby state (step S23: YES), the maintenance operation suspension command output unit 24 outputs the suspension command to the maintenance operation suspending unit 35 because it is not necessary to continue the independent operation. This causes the elevator to return to normal operation (step S24). If the door open standby time has not elapsed (no in step S23), the independent operation is continued (step S25).
Next, when the independent operation cancellation operation is performed by the independent operation cancellation operation unit 34 in order to cancel the independent operation (yes in step S11), the output of the additional allocation prohibition signal is stopped, and the normal operation state is resumed (step S12).
As described above, according to embodiment 3, when a certain time has elapsed after the pull-back operation to the designated floor, the maintenance operation is suspended and the normal operation state is shifted, so that it is possible to prevent forgetting to return to the normal operation and to prevent a service reduction to the user.
< other embodiments >
In the above embodiments, the following may be provided: when the independent operation is performed, the user is notified of the situation in the car and is urged to get off the car. In addition, the operation may be changed to the independent operation when there is no user in the car based on the load signal from the load sensor and/or the image information from the camera in the car.
While several embodiments of the present invention have been described above, these embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These new embodiments can be implemented in various other ways, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and spirit of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
