Claims (15)
- ブレーキシステム減衰装置(10)であって、液圧が印加される第1の室(20)と、内部に圧縮性媒体が存在する第2の室(24)と、前記第1の室(20)を前記第2の室(24)から分離するための第1の分離エレメント(22)とを有している形式のものにおいて、
前記ブレーキシステム減衰装置(10)が、内部に圧縮性媒体が存在する第3の室(28)と、前記第2の室(24)を前記第3の室(28)から分離するための第2の分離エレメント(26)とを有しており、この場合、前記第2の室(24)と前記第3の室(28)とが、前記第2の分離エレメント(26)内に形成された通路(50)によって媒体ガイド可能に接続されており、前記第1の分離エレメント(22)と一緒に閉鎖エレメント(34)が移動せしめられるようになっていて、前記第1の室(20)内の液圧が予め規定された圧力値(68)に達すると直ちに、前記第3の室(28)が前記第2の室(24)から遮断され、かつ、前記第2の室に圧縮性媒体が残存するように、前記閉鎖エレメント(34)によって前記通路(50)が閉鎖されることを特徴とする、ブレーキシステム減衰装置。 - 前記第1の分離エレメント(22)が前記閉鎖エレメント(34)と一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記第1の分離エレメント(22)が、ダイヤフラム、好適には転動体ダイヤフラムを備えて構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記第1の分離エレメント(22)が、エラストマー、好適にはエチレンプロピレンジエンゴムより製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記予め規定された圧力値が、0乃至30bar、好適には3乃至10bar、特に好適には5barに予め規定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記通路(50)が開放気泡の材料で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記第2の分離エレメント(26)内に複数の通路(74,78)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記第3の室(28)が複数の部分室(72,76)に分割されており、これらの部分室はそれぞれ、通路(74,78)によって前記第2の室(24)に媒体ガイド可能に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記第3の室(28)が、前記第2の分離エレメント(26)およびカバー(14)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記第2の分離エレメント(26)が前記カバー(14)および前記第1の分離エレメント(22)によって完全に取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記ブレーキシステム減衰装置が、前記第2の分離エレメント(26)を支持しかつ前記第3の室(28)を貫通するリブ構造体(92)を有しており、該リブ構造体(92)が少なくとも1つの構造体リブ(110,112,126,128,130,132)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記リブ構造体(92)が少なくとも2つの構造体部分室(114,116,134,136,138,140)を形成しており、前記構造体部分室が少なくとも1つの接続通路(118,120,122,124,142,144)によって媒体ガイド可能に互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記リブ構造体(92)がリブ周壁(96)を有しており、該リブ周壁(96)が前記リブ構造体(92)を取り囲んで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記リブ周壁が少なくとも1つの周壁スリット(154,156,158,160,162,164,166,168,170,172,174,176)を備えて構成されており、前記周壁スリット(154,156,158,160,162,164,166,168,170,172,174,176)が、前記リブ周壁(96)を前記構造体部分室(114,116,134,136,138,140)に向かって開放するために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項13記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
- 前記リブ周壁(96)が少なくとも1つの係止エレメント(102,104,146,148,150,152)を備えて構成されており、この場合、前記係止エレメント(102,104,146,148,150,152)が好適には周壁外側壁(100)から突き出していて、好適な形式で構造体端部側(94)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項13または14記載のブレーキシステム減衰装置。
