Claims (16)
- 質量%で、SiO2 50~75%、Al2O3 20.5~30%、Li2O 1~4%、SnO2 0.5~2%、ZrO2 1~5%、MgO 0~10%、P2O5 0~5%、TiO2 0~0.5%、Fe 2 O 3 0.1%以下、Pt 7ppm以下、Rh 7ppm以下を含有し、As2O3を実質的に含有せず、質量比で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/ZrO2が1.98以下、(MgO+ZnO)/Li2Oが0.394以下、質量比で、TiO 2 /(TiO 2 +Fe 2 O 3 )が0.001~0.999であることを特徴とするLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- さらに、質量%で、Na2O 0~10%、K2O 0~10%、CaO 0~10%、SrO 0~10%、BaO 0~10%、ZnO 0~10%、B2O3 0~10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 質量比で、SnO2/(SnO2+ZrO2+P2O5+TiO2+B2O3)が0.06以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。

- 質量比で、TiO2/ZrO2が0.0001~5.0であることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 質量%で、HfO2+Ta2O5 0.05%未満を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 質量%で、Pt+Rh 9ppm以下を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 外観が無色透明であることを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 厚み3mm、波長300nmにおける透過率が10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 主結晶としてβ─石英固溶体が析出していることを特徴とする請求項1~13のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 30~380℃における熱膨張係数が、30×10-7/℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 30~750℃における熱膨張係数が、30×10-7/℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~15のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
