Claims (3)
- 共通端子と第1端子とに接続された第1フィルタ回路と、
前記共通端子と第2端子とに接続された第2フィルタ回路と、
前記第1フィルタ回路の一部と並列に接続された付加回路と、を備え、
前記第1フィルタ回路は、前記共通端子と前記第1端子とを結ぶ信号経路上に配置された1以上の直列共振子と前記信号経路上の対応するノードとグランドとの間に配置された1以上の並列共振子とを有し、前記1以上の直列共振子のうち前記第1端子に最も近い直列共振子は、前記ノードのいずれも介することなく直列接続された複数の分割共振子によって構成され、
前記付加回路は、圧電基板において、弾性波伝搬方向に並置された複数のIDT(InterDigital Transducer)電極からなる共振子群とキャパシタとを有し、前記共振子群の一端は前記キャパシタを介して前記共通端子に接続され、前記共振子群の他端は隣接する前記分割共振子の間の前記信号経路にキャパシタを介さずに接続され、
前記第1端子に最も近い前記直列共振子は、3以上の分割共振子によって構成され、
前記共振子群の前記他端は、前記分割共振子のうち前記第1端子に最も近い前記分割共振子以外の2の前記分割共振子の間の前記信号経路に接続される、
